Amy Searcy

Amy helps keep our website looking good and working right. For over five years she's been developing websites and says she's proud to be working with RealWealth. Amy's had several fun careers - including working as a video game producer and as a production manager for an art studio. She has been teaching yoga, qigong and tai chi for over 13 years and is a certified Zen Wellness Medical Qigong director. She is also certified in Bikram and Barkan Yoga. Amy has a 1st degree black belt in Kung Fu and is working on her 2nd degree. She also loves to act and has been in numerous films and plays in the Phoenix area. She enjoys traveling, hiking, sword-fighting and spending time with her family.

Ann Triplett

Ann Triplett worked with Kathy Fettke when they were both in the mortgage industry years ago. She joined RealWealth as a member in 2006 where she deepened her education in real estate investing. Today she owns rentals nationwide and has participated in several RealWealth syndications. That's why she's a perfect fit to now be assisting other RealWealth members who attend our events and tours, and wish to invest in our syndications. Prior to investing, Ann established other successful businesses, always with a passion to develop passive income. She is a long time resident of Livermore, and enjoys the outdoors, sports (Go Giants & Dubs!), Livermore's wineries & concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

Aristotle Kumpis

Aristotle received his real estate license in 2007 and has since helped hundreds of investors acquire cash flow property in emerging markets nationwide. As an investment counselor, he helps our members develop a unique investment plan based on their personal goals. As an investor himself, Aristotle is able to share his knowledge, experience and insights with new and experienced investors. He regularly visits the various markets promoted by RealWealth to keep the pulse on various teams and economics in those areas. Aristotle grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, where he attended UMSL and then moved to Southern California in 2002. His interest in real estate was inspired by his parents, who own income property in the St. Louis area. He likes writing music in his free time and enjoys spending time outdoors - especially with his family.

Celia Christensen

Celia joined RealWealth in early 2017 as member support staff and is now working on the Investor Relations team. She's also managed to sneak her way into editing many of the articles on our website because (as she puts it) she's "a total weirdo and likes grammar" (she earned her degree in Technical Writing from Utah State University -- old habits die hard). When she's not on the phone with RealWealth members, Celia teaches private music lessons (piano, violin, and viola) to students in her hometown of Bozeman, Montana. Although these two jobs keep her plenty busy, she also manages to find time for her other loves: baking, running (to offset the love of baking), and spending time with her husband and four kids, two dogs, and their desert tortoise, Esteban.

Charlotte Metro Tower

The Duke Energy Plaza is a 40-story skyscraper under construction in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. It will be 597 feet tall when it is completed. After its completion, the new Duke Energy headquarters will be the third largest building in Charlotte by leasable square feet and serve as the company's corporate headquarters. Duke Energy's proposed office tower will be able to fit up to 4,000 employees and contractors. It's being built on South Tryon Street, next to the Gantt Center.

Dallas-Fort Worth

Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) is a powerhouse of economic dynamism and technological fervor that nurtures the growth of businesses. One look at the data demonstrates its credentials as a thriving hub for business. The metro area has added close to 600,000 jobs in the last five years, creating a buoyant Dallas real estate market in 2024. More specifically, the Dallas-Irving-Plano area has outshone all other U.S. markets, making it the leader in job gains across the nation. The Dallas-Fort Worth area is forecast to be one of the country's top two home markets in 2024. With a thriving economy and a population that continues to expand, the city's housing market is poised for continued growth. Such growth forecasts that Dallas' real estate market in 2024 would outperform most other areas, making it an ideal time to buy investment properties for sale in Dallas. The Dallas-Fort Worth metro area clinched the silver medal for the highest new home construction rate in 2023. By the close of the second quarter of 2023, over 20,600 new home construction permits had been issued.

Donna Behrens

Donna brings 25 years of top market TV news experience to our operation. As a podcast producer and writer for The Real Wealth Show and Real Estate News for Investors, she manages content and keeps listeners up-to-date on the most relevant industry news, events, trends, and forecasts. She also provides digital content for our blogs and articles. Donna is a UC Berkeley graduate who, after many years of renting in the San Francisco Bay Area, recently purchased her own home in Southern California. She enjoys anything related to real estate, latin music and dancing, learning Spanish, working remotely, and traveling as if you "live there." She has a great affinity for small dogs, especially the Australian Silky Terrier.

Grant Anderson

Grant has joined RealWealth as the Property Teams Manager, together with his wife Rebekah. They bring many years of real estate investing experience having bought and sold (and 1031 exchanged) their own single-family rentals, short-term rentals, and fix and flips. Grant started investing in 2001 while in college. He bought his first house and rented the rooms to friends. Since then, Grant has bought many other rental properties using the Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat method. He understands property management, as he manages his own rental properties. He has done numerous rehab to sell homes as well. He enjoys helping others reach their real estate goals. In Grant's free time, he enjoys working out and competing in triathlon events. He has completed three Ironman 140.6 triathlons. He also enjoys traveling in his RV with his wife and little mix dog Poppa Fox.

Jessica Conflitti Willens

Jessica manages content creation, PPC and SEO for RealWealth. She joined our team part-time in August of 2015 and quickly moved to a full-time position to write for the blog and to oversee our independent researchers and analysts that help keep RealWealth on the cutting edge of investor education. In her free time, Jessica enjoys writing music, baking, meditating, and spending time with her friends and family.

Jill Benes

Jill is masterful at making RealWealth's webinars, videos and podcasts look and sound amazing. She edits both The Real Wealth Show and the Real Estate News for Investors podcasts, as well as our Market Overview videos and our weekly educational webinars. Jill grew up in Southern California and attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco where she majored in Computer Arts. In her free time Jill enjoys surfing, skiing, songwriting, and taking road trips up and down the California coast.

Joe Torre

Joe has been investing in real estate since 2004 and has a track record of successful investing in both up-and-down markets. A RealWealth Investment Counselor since 2016, Joe helps his clients build real estate portfolios to meet their financial goals. Before joining RealWealth, Joe worked as a data analyst for tech companies in Silicon Valley, and before that served in the US Marine Corps. He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University Business School in New York.

Kathy Fettke - Founder

Kathy McBride

Kathy has been a RealWealth member since 2009 before joining the team as our Investor Relations Manager. Kathy's role is to talk (and does that a lot ) with our investors to establish relationships about their investing needs. With a BA in Mass Communications/Marketing and 30+ years in customer service she is a natural at her job. Kathy is passionate about real estate and holds a California Real Estate license. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she now lives in Folsom (Sacramento area) with her husband and has two sons; one who attends college, the other a 82nd Airborne Paratrooper. In her free time, Kathy likes to hang out with family and friends, is a wine enthusiast, likes to travel, watch college football, and is always game to try new things!

Krista Fettke

With possibly more hours of social media practice than anyone else on the RealWealth team, Krista is highly qualified to understand and manage our social media channels. Plus, as the daughter of our company's co-founders, she's had the experience of being part of the Network for as long as she can remember. To further strengthen her skills, Krista also earned the designation as a Certified Social & Community Manager through DigitalMarketer's week-long course and final exam. When she's not managing our social media, studying for school, or volunteering at Operation Smile, Krista enjoys going to the beach with friends, dancing, rock climbing, slacklining and skiing.

Lara Dunning

Lara brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to the table. Armed with a solid background in SEO, complimented by an MFA in writing, and a passion for real estate investing, Lara is the newest addition to the RealWealth team. Joining part-time, she'll help support the team by deepening our connection with the RealWealth audience through strategic online visibility, engaging blog content, and client support services. In her free time, Lara hikes with her cattle dog, practices breathwork and meditation, takes cold plunges, writes, travels, and helps out pet parents.

Leah Collich

Leah began investing in real estate in 2010 and became a RealWealth member in 2017 in order to expand her portfolio into five new markets while living overseas. While she enjoys the creative outlet of flipping, she strongly believes buy-and-hold investing is the path to real wealth. Before joining our team, she worked in program management and benefits education for a national economic initiative of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. As an Investment Counselor, Leah is passionate about discussing real estate investment strategies that create a clear path to real wealth and helping our members realize that retirement might not be as far away as they think. Leah is a native Texan and is the spouse of an active duty Army officer. The Army has afforded them with the opportunity to see the world and live in Asia, Europe, and South America. Leah enjoys learning Spanish, Peloton, and long nature walks with her rowdy Golden Retriever.

Madison Haynes

Madison began working for RealWealth in 2017 when she was hired as a contractor to work for the Rental fund. Quickly thereafter she was hired to be Tim Horvath's Executive Assistant. In 2018 she decided to also become a sales agent, because she wanted to learn even more about the real estate industry. But soon after she realized that her true passion was to fully immerse herself into the world of investing. She became a full-time employee of RealWealth in June of 2020 as the Property Team Coordinator. In this position, her responsibilities include communicating with all current and potential property teams, scheduling webinars and live events, and acting as the "Middle Man" between property teams and all RealWealth departments. When she's not working, she's usually spending time with her family and friends, her dog and playing outside in the sun!

Maggie McKinnie

Michael DeCristofaro - CFO

Michael as been a real estate investor for many years and became a RealWealth member in 2018. He has invested with many RealWealth affiliates over the years, as well as syndications with Grow Developments. Michael brings more than three decades of financial and operational management experience to the role, previously holding senior management positions in various Fortune 500 companies, including Barnes & Noble, FedEx Office and CompUSA. Most recently Michael was director of an organization overseeing a professional theatre, as well as the construction and operations of luxury boutique hotel and restaurant, on Long Island's gold coast. Michael is a native New Yorker, growing up on Long Island. He and his wife, Jennifer are avid travellers, and love attending the theatre and exploring new and exciting restaurants with family and friends.

Paul DiVincenzo

Paul started his commercial real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in 2011 after spending the previous two (2) years with Keller Williams Realty. His experience in commercial real estate has exposed him to various segments of the real estate industry. Paul specialized in Commercial Brokerage and Marketing/Research with Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate. Paul has worked on a five (5) person team which had consistently completes over 130 transactions per year. During his tenure as a Vice President, Paul was involved in all aspects of real estate including property acquisitions, dispositions, tenant and landlord leasing, land acquisitions, subleasing, valuations, and build-to-suit transactions. Paul's knowledge in commercial real estate and long track record of successfully guiding local, regional, and national clients through the real estate process provides him with the expertise to handle a variety of private real estate projects. Paul served as the Director of Business Development for My Place Group and served as the Commercial Broker for the company. At My Place Group, Paul specialized in the acquisition side of a real estate deal focusing on the multifamily marketplace. During his time at My Place Group Paul assisted on the development of over 250 Class "A" multifamily units and closed on over $80 million in construction loans and new acquisitions with the My Place Group development team. Paul was born and raised in Northeast, Ohio, and currently has his State of Ohio Real Estate Broker's license. During his free time Paul likes to travel, try new restaurants, play bocce, and his active in several Italian American social organizations.

Rebekah Anderson

Rebekah has joined RealWealth as the Property Teams Manager, together with her husband Grant. They bring many years of real estate investing experience having bought and sold (and 1031 exchanged) their own single-family rentals, short-term rentals, and fix and flips. Rebekah has worked as a Realtor for several years with her own real estate brokerage, helping investors buy and sell their properties and flips, as well as helping retail clients. In 2017, Rebekah and Grant moved from Sacramento, CA where they grew up to Indianapolis, IN in order to start a new life adventure and be closer to their real estate investing business. In 2021, they got a new travel trailer and have been traveling all over the country while renting out their primary residence via short-term rentals. Rebekah loves traveling with Grant and their little mix dog, Poppa Fox, including sight-seeing, bike rides, hiking, baseball games, and enjoying great food and drinks. She's also a Certified Life Coach, Human Design Guide and loves reading, yoga, and fun with family and friends.

Rich Fettke - Founder

As a licensed real estate broker, experienced investor, and Master Certified Business Coach, Rich specializes in helping our team stay aligned and inspired to fulfill our company's purpose, mission and values.

Rome Yard

Rome Yard is a joint venture between the Tampa Housing Authority, the City of Tampa, and Related Urban Development Group. It covers about 18 acres and will be a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood integrated with multiple modes of public transportation, including a Workforce Training Center, a Cultural Center and an Art Pavilion highlighting West Tampa's history. The mixed-use redevelopment will be home to 17,000 square feet of commercial space, a job training center, and over 30,000 square feet of amenity spaces. Rome Yard will consist of 954 residential units-600 of which will be for workforce housing and affordable housing-and 354 units will be market-rate apartments and townhouses.

Sherwin Williams

Sherwin-Williams, the paints and coatings manufacturing company, is building a new Global Headquarters in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The new building is estimated to be one million square feet and will include a two-story pavilion facing Public Square, a 36-floor office tower and an attached parking garage. It is expected to open by the end of 2024.

Tonya Allen

Tonya is the Executive Assistant to Rich and Kathy Fettke, and also our Human Resources Manager. She has been an Executive Assistant for over 20 years, and has an MBA Certificate in Graduate Studies in Human Resources. In the past she has worked for CEOs of companies, served Board of Directors and Heads of Schools of elite private schools in Manhattan, NY. Before joining RealWealth, Tonya was a nomad. She and her husband Keith left NYC in 2018 in an RV and traveled the country full time! Tonya is an avid traveler-born an Army brat- it's in her blood! She has a former background in acting, teaching, and directing summer camps. She has a BA in Communications and Cultural Diversity as well as an MBA Graduate Certificate in HR. Tonya and her husband Keith have two adorable ginger rescue cats, and in their free time love going to theme parks, watching movies, and swimming. Tonya currently resides in Orlando Florida…..for now.
