We understand the value and importance of a good home. Development is core to NWH's future vision, and we refinanced in 2020 to give us more capacity to continue to develop new homes. We have committed to over 200 quality new homes by 2023... There's no getting away from the fact that we're an ageing population, and NWH has developed expertise in homes for Older Persons over the years. We offer several housing options for those aged over 55, including our innovative Extra Care schemes... We employ up to 170 people and are proud to display the Investors in People accreditation. People are at the heart of NWH, and that's why we do as much as we can to help and support their health and wellbeing.
