Daniel Stein is the founder, owner, and manager of Select Advice Finance an independently owned mortgage and finance broking business in Bentleigh.
As the principal and owner, Daniel started his banking and mortgage career in March 2000, and in 2005 he established Danny's Home and Investment Loans. He holds a Diploma of Financial Services and a Diploma of Finance in mortgage broking, as well as a Certificate 4 in real estate.
Starting work as a broker in a multinational broking firm in 2000, he quickly rose to the top, earning the title of ‘best salesman' for the company over a sustained period of 18 months. He then left to join the Affordable Group in Lara. Under the tutelage of industry stalwart Mark Duggan, Daniel learned quickly and began working with referral partners to help them to solve complicated deals. This strengthened the relationship between the referral partners and the Affordable Group and enabled the company to grow rapidly.
