Sensible Staffing's starting in 2008 with the down turn of the economy when a staffing rep out of work, went to previous clients and ask them ‘what would you like if I did this for you independently' . By surprise it was amazing to find out, although many of the companies did the same exact manufacturing and the same jobs, and were the same, they were so different when given the choice of what their needs were. Taking a look at a bigger picture at the time, and even today, most staffing agencies have an outlined service they perform and the client must choose which agency is the best fit for them. How about if the agency will make a fit to the client. It was perfect it made sense.
