Clive Sirkin

Clive Sirkin is a seasoned global CPG executive who has held various executive roles in large multinational companies over the past 30 plus years. He has a track record of innovation driving shareholder and brand value and has worked across multiple geographies and sectors. Clive is recognized as a disruptor and change agent constantly challenging how organizations operate to win in a digital world. He was, most recently the Chief Growth Officer, for the Kellogg Company. In this capacity he was a member of the company's Executive Committee and was responsible for R&D, Innovation, Sales, Marketing, Research & Analytics as well as setting the category strategy for the company. He was the architect of an aggressive transformation agenda that reset the innovation strategy, R&D function and associated talent strategy. He was part of a leadership team that drove the international business to unprecedented organic growth coupled with a game changing M&A strategy. Prior to Kellogg, Clive served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Kimberly-Clark, overseeing all marketing across both their B2B and B2C divisions and was part of a leadership team during a time of unprecedented shareholder growth in the company's history. During his tenure, he transformed the marketing function by reorienting the company to data driven performance marketing. He built a world class digital capability and instituted an industry leading agile optimization capability. This followed a 16+ year career in advertising at Leo Burnett. He started out in an entry level role and was promoted to various leadership capacities across multiple geographies culminating in being named the Group Managing Director of Leo Burnett Worldwide with responsibility for setting the global business strategy for the group. In this capacity he served on the Global Executive Committee & the Board of the Company. He also co-chaired the Global Product Committee which was responsible for quality control of the agency output globally. Mr. Sirkin is an investor, advisor and currently serves on the boards of Screendragon Ltd., Fyllo, UCAN, Jones Soda, and 70 Faces Media. He holds a B.Comm. degree from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Gael Reinaudi - CTO, Founder

Gael Reinaudi is the co-founder and CTO of Sinecure.ai. He brings extensive experience in machine learning, AI and more generally data science, along with highly efficient coding practices. His passion lies in solving difficult problems that can benefit from mixing together the most recent pieces of technology, and he is obsessed with identifying the sources of bias that introduce themselves into the code of overconfident practitioners. Gael studied quantum physics at École Normale Supérieure in Paris. In the group of Noble Laureate Cohen-Tannoudji, he obtained his PhD summa cum laude, in the field of experimental physics, building and assembling various complex apparatus to bring atoms at the lowest temperatures known to humans. It is then that he discovered a passion for computer programming in C++. He moved to New York City in 2008 for a postdoc at Columbia University. After his postdoc, he was hired as an Associate Research Scientist and continued his research and personal pursuit of harnessing the best practices in software development. In 2013 Gael decided to apply his coding skills in the very competitive environment of high frequency trading, at Global Trading Systems. Two years later, he created an independent trading group at Ronin, where he used the most advanced technologies to find hidden patterns in the disequilibrium of markets. In 2018 he was offered to build, at JPMorgan, a collaborative platform that would ingest large amounts of heterogeneous data in order to predict time series through a collaborative environment. Gael lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters.

Ian Priest

Ian is Global CEO of the Grace Blue Partnership, driving the strategy and growth of the business. After graduating with a degree in Business Studies from Kingston University, Ian began his career in communications at leading below-the-line agency IMP. In 1993, he moved to HHCL and Partners, rising to Managing Director before leaving the agency in 2002 to found VCCP alongside his three partners, Charles Vallance, Adrian Coleman and Rooney Carruthers. When VCCP was acquired by Chime Communications in 2005, Ian moved to a head office role working across the advertising, PR and sports marketing divisions. Amongst his other responsibilities, he founded Chime Ventures - backing start-ups across the communications and technology spectrum. In 2013, Ian was asked to be President of the IPA, a role he held until 2015. Ian joined the Grace Blue Partnership in 2015. He lives in South London with his wife, Virginia, and their three children Lily, Fynn and Edie.

Jim Jonassen

He founded his previous search firm, Riviera Partners (San Francisco) in 2000. Prior to Riviera, Jim co-founded two successful Human Capital/Talent Management software companies. Joel is CEO and Co-Founder of Sinecure.ai. He started the company with a simple premise, to make the process of finding and hiring great talent easy. For candidates and hiring managers. Wright brings over 20 years of experience in a variety of entrepreneurial and executive roles at both public and private companies. Prior to Sinecure he was the CEO and co-founder of #HASHOFF. An AI SaaS platform for freelance content creation and influencer marketing. Wright lead the organization from inception to exit. He was responsible for the strategic vision and development of their industry leading technology. Wright turned this vision into commercial success through long term partnerships with Anheuser Busch InBev, Dunkin' Brands, CBS, Universal Pictures, Syneos Health and many others. The business was acquired by DGTL Holdings (V.DGTL) in 2020. Prior to #HASHOFF he held served as Chief Revenue Officer at Travelocity (acquired by Expedia). Where he was able to successfully turn around their media business from double digit declines to over 100% growth. His start-up experience includes venture backed companies like Marc Andreessen's Ning (acquired by Glam Media) where he served Vice President of Business Development. Prior to Ning, Wright was Vice President and Head of Interactive Media at leading Hollywood talent agency Paradigm. Where his work received numerous awards and recognition. Including being named to the Hollywood Reporter's Next Generation - 35 Under 35, Ad Age's Top Digital Agent in 2008 and TV Weeks Agent of Change. Prior to Paradigm he was an executive at Yahoo! Where he developed the first streaming media advertising product, Yahoo! AdVision. Which later won Media Post's Best of the Net and MarcoMedia's Max award. Wright lives in New York City with his wife and four children. He is a passionate Kansas Jayhawks basketball fan and loves to travel.

Juliet is a founding partner of Grace Blue and CEO EMEA, leading the Partnership's Search and Acquisition business from the London office. Her career in advertising began at Charles Barker, where she spent four years before joining Royd's to head up its integrated offering. The opportunity then arose for her create her own marketing communications agency, and The Forward Consultancy was born. In 1987 Juliet sold her share of the business to set up Limbo, BBH's direct marketing agency - which pioneered brand building in direct marketing - leading the agency successfully for 10 years before moving across to head up BBH's business development team. In 2003, Juliet joined Gay Haines at Kendall Tarrant to head up the Executive Search department, founding Grace Blue three years later with Gay and Jay Haines. She believes that if you focus on delivering the very best quality product, if you care deeply about always doing the right thing, and if you believe that diversity is a moral and business imperative, your business will thrive. Juliet lives in Hampshire with her husband and has five grown up children.

Steve is a media agency veteran, entrepreneur and passionate about helping startups. He was the founding CEO of Havas' media agency, MPG. He co-founded the fastest growing independent media agency, TargetCast tcm in 2002, which he sold to MDC Partners. Today Steve currently serves as founding Chairman of MDC Media Partners and Assembly Media, a newly launched media agency providing scaled media solutions powered by unique planning and buying technologies. Wenda Harris Millard

In April 2009, Wenda Harris Millard is Vice Chairman of MediaLink, a leading strategic advisory and business development firm that provides critical counsel and direction to the media, advertising and entertainment industries and to companies and investors that interact with those sectors. Prior to joining MediaLink, Ms. Millard was Co-CEO and President, Media for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. She joined MSLO in July 2007 after serving for three years on its Board of Directors. Ms. Millard oversaw MSLO's media businesses - publishing, internet and broadcasting. She was the driving force behind creating cross-platform programs for marketers in TV, digital, magazines and radio. Before MSLO, Ms. Millard was Chief Sales Officer at Yahoo! where she led the team that drove revenue from $700 million to over $6 billion in six years and was consistently credited as the number one sales organization in the media industry. On an industry-wide level her work at Yahoo! established brand advertising on the web. Prior to Yahoo!, Ms. Millard was Chief Internet Officer at Ziff Davis Media and President of Ziff Davis Internet. She was a founding member of the executive team at DoubleClick, where she served as Executive Vice President responsible for overseeing the operations of DoubleClick Media. She also served as President and Group Publisher of SRDS, Senior Vice President and Publisher of Family Circle and Executive Vice President/Group Publisher of Adweek, Mediaweek and Brandweek magazines. In 2015, Ms. Millard was named a MAKER in AOL's Makers: Women Who Make America series created by Gloria Steinem and Emmy Award-winning documentary filmmaker Dyllan McGee (www.makers.com/wenda-harris-millard-0). Millard has received numerous industry awards including being named by Ad Age in 2012 one of the "100 Most Influential Women in Advertising in the Last 100 Years"; the 2011 Oracle Award from Springboard; the 2009 ad:tech Lifetime Achievement Award; the 2007 John A. Ms. Millard is past Chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau and former President of the Advertising Club of New York. She has served on the Boards of the Advertising Research Foundation, the Advertising Council, the Advertising Education Foundation and others. Currently, she serves on the boards of Caleres, Inc. a $3 billion global, publicly traded footwear company, Tomo Networks, Vana Technologies and inPACT. She is Trustee Emeritus of the James Beard Foundation and sits on the boards of the Charleston to Charleston Literary Festival and Wings for Kids, a national social and emotional learning program for kids at risk. She served two terms as a Trustee of Trinity College in Hartford. She holds a BA from Trinity and an MBA from Harvard University.
