Amanda Barnett

Amanda is a business professional currently attending the University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business attaining a degree in Business Analytics. She lives in Knoxville with her husband and two dogs. They enjoy going to local car events and races and exploring the local treasures Knoxville and the surrounding areas have to offer. Amanda has always loved being involved with the senior community and learning from the individuals in the community. She enjoys hearing about the lives and memories of anyone willing to take the time to share their story.

Amelia Gipson

Amelia Gipson joined Solinity Marketing as a Client Services Specialist in January 2023 supporting client relationships throughout each project lifecycle. Amelia is a driven industry professional with experience in pharmaceutical brand development, agency account services, and client project management. She holds a B.A. in Marketing Management and a minor in Graphic Design from Hillsdale College. Amelia is passionate about helping seniors get the excellent care they deserve, and she is proud to serve the senior living industry as a part of the Solinity Marketing team. She resides in Knoxville with her husband and Labrador Retriever where she enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and running.

Aron Devereaux

Job Titles:
  • Audio / Video Editing Specialist
Aron Devereaux joined Solinity Marketing as an Audio/Video Editing Specialist assisting in the presentation of Solinity Marketing and its clients. He has experience in audio and video editing varying from podcasts to music, and to films/commercials. Aron graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2020 with a B.S. in Audio Production and a minor in Entertainment Technology. Aron is passionate about helping grow the voice of senior communities, as well as giving people the medium to express what means the most to them. He currently resides in Knoxville, Tennessee where he spends his time composing music and spending time with his pets.

Audrey Schoonover

Audrey Schoonover is a marketing professional with experience in social media, content and creative development, graphic design, and customer service. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Audrey loves that marketing has the ability to combine business practices with creative solutions to produce profitable results. She has a passion for helping others and is excited to start her career in the senior living industry.

Chase Caples

Job Titles:
  • Marketing Operations Specialist
Chase Caples serves as the Marketing Operations Specialist at Solinity Marketing. He has experience in content writing, design, email marketing, social media management, and video production. He graduated from Harding University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. One of Chase's greatest passions is helping others. He has a heart for the aging population and enjoys serving the senior living industry alongside his team members at Solinity Marketing.

Dan Pearson

Dan has had a career in technology for 20+ years. He currently designs and develops pixel-perfect websites ranging from small marketing websites to large ecommerce websites. In 2013, he founded a web design and development agency and discovered he loved helping local small businesses succeed in the online marketplace. He has worked with online universities, commercial developers, industrial agriculture, and optical retail providers. From strategy to design to development, he has a clear understanding of every aspect of the web development life cycle. He has dual degrees in both Management of Information Systems (WSU) and Multimedia (Mesa College). His number one goal is to make sure his clients are beyond satisfied with his work. Dan currently works remotely in the San Diego area, and in his free time he enjoys mountain biking, sand volleyball, and the many breweries that San Diego has to offer.

Dasha Tyshchenko

Dasha is a marketing associate with experience in advertising and media planning. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Master's degree in Communications with a concentration in Advertising. Dasha has the knowledge and skills to impact the strategies and plans for Solinity's clients. She is originally from Ukraine and loves to share her culture and experiences with others. She enjoys the challenge of finding creative solutions to complex problems and is excited to be able to apply her skills in the marketing world. When she's not busy helping clients with marketing strategies, she can be found sipping tea and trying to teach her dogs to speak Ukrainian.

Greg Kenny

  • Chief Information Officer for Solinity
Greg Kenny serves as Chief Information Officer for Solinity with over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) field. Over the course of his career, Greg has amassed a wealth of experience in IT spanning several disciplines including systems design, network/cloud architecture, software development, and process optimization. This broad foundation of technical and managerial experience eventually opened the door for him to serve as the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Consulting for one of the southeastern region's premier IT service providers (Claris Networks). During his five year tenure at Claris Networks, he helped the company grow its annual revenue an average of 40% year over year and receive several industry awards for its phenomenal growth and positive corporate culture. That launched into helping clients navigate the challenges associated with EMR Adoption, HIPAA compliance, and other government-imposed regulations. It wasn't long before Greg developed a passion for helping healthcare practices, and in 2008, he made the decision to pursue opportunities in healthcare IT full time. Greg leads IT including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) adoption and optimization, HIPAA Security Rule compliance, Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) consulting, and Business Process Optimization through technology implementation and systems integration. He received his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Tennessee in 1989 and has been involved in the Information Technology (IT) field for over 25 years. He resides in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Jessica Parker

Jessica Parker hails from Roanoke, Virginia and moved to Tennessee in 2022. She attended Lee University and graduated with a degree in Youth Ministry in 2011. With careers in industries ranging from hospice to law enforcement, she's able to use her wide variety of experiences to curate unique marketing strategies. When she's not in the office, she can be found spending time with her husband and son and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Josh Crisp

Josh Crisp is a senior living executive with more than 15 years of experience in development, construction, and management of senior living communities across the southeast. Josh is the Founder and CEO of Solinity, a senior living development, management and marketing company designed to reshape the senior living industry to better meet the needs of the aging and create intergenerational communities. He has been a nationally certified senior living administrator (CALA) for 15 years. Prior to the inception of Solinity, Josh founded TLC Senior Living Management and Consulting which led to his leadership in directing multiple clients. Under Josh's leadership, multiple client's visions became reality as his teams directed the design, build, opening, and management of multiple communities in the southeast. A nationally certified Assisted Living Administrator, Crisp was first appointed by Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam to the Board for Licensing Health Care Facilities beginning January 2014. He now is serving in his eighth year and chairs the Assisted Care Living Facility standing committee. Crisp's committee promulgates all rules and regulations for licensed assisted living and residential homes for the aged in Tennessee.The Board is empowered to license and regulate all hospitals, recuperation centers, nursing homes, homes for the aged, home care organizations, assisted living facilities, birthing centers, residential hospices, and ambulatory surgical treatment facilities. The Board is required to promulgate all fire and life safety code regulations and standards for resident and patient care in all licensed healthcare facilities in the state of Tennessee.Crisp is known as an influencer and thought leader in the industry and has spoken at multiple national senior housing conferences such as HealthTAC, InterFace Senior Housing and has been a partner to Argentum, National Investment Centers for Senior Housing (NIC), American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA), Environments for Aging (EFA) and Senior Living Innovation Forum (SLIF). He has served on a number of civic & professional boards including a strategic committee for the College of Public Health at East Tennessee State University, steering committee member for HealthTAC, & Secretary for the Board's Executive Committee & chaired the Public Policy Committee LeadingAge Tennessee. Currently he serves on the board for TSOLife which is a technology based senior living online platform that preserves seniors' stories. In 2018, Crisp launched a podcast specifically designed to inform, educate, and influence the senior housing industry. The passion project is a partnership of several like-minded influencers that formed the brand: Bridge the Gap™. The weekly show launched in March of 2018 on a host of audio and video platforms including iTunes and YouTube. The media network has a tremendous following & contains the largest library of senior living specific content and has international reach. The platform produces content 365 days a year for the senior housing industry and is produced and managed by Solinity Marketing. For fun, Josh enjoys working out & preparing for obstacle course races. In the fall of 2016, Crisp formed what would eventually become the 501c3 non-profit Pedal for Alzheimer's, Ltd. Pedal for Alzheimer's is the umbrella organization that creates and manages charity cycling events to benefit organizations that are involved in Alzheimer's research, care, and education. The first event, Pedal for Pat, created in 2017, was a 1,098-mile bike ride covering three states in just eleven days. The event was featured in Sports Illustrated, USA Today, ESPN, and multiple other regional and national media outlets. The charity event raised over $100,000 for the Pat Summitt Foundation in honor of late-legendary basketball coach Pat Summitt's 1,098 career NCAA wins. The passion project has received national and international recognition and support.Crisp will celebrate his fifth anniversary of serving as President of the Board of the nationally-recognized charitable organization. Pedal for Alzheimer's has hosted multiple cycling events, launched a national Ambassador program, and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations to further the mission of the organization.Josh resides in Fountain City with his wife, Lauren, and their three children.

Sara Mitchell

Sara Mitchell is a communications professional with experience in broadcast journalism, digital media, production and public relations. She joined Solinity as Communications Director and Client Relations manager in 2017 and now serves as President of Solinity Marketing where she leads the marketing efforts for the company. With her experience in social media management, digital content creation and journalism, Sara directs the daily internet marketing, digital content creation, photography and videography production and correspondence of teams to generate unique and creative stories. She oversees the communication platforms used by clients and works alongside all parties to keep projects moving forward. The Solinity Marketing team also produces the weekly Bridge the Gap™ Senior Living Podcast network and manages the marketing and podcast production. The network has a mission to inform, educate and influence the senior housing industry through multi-media efforts. As a way to give back, Sara serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors and volunteers with the Pedal for Alzheimer's, Ltd. team to assist in the management and organization of cycling events that raise funds for Alzheimer's research, education and awareness. She has served in a variety of roles for the fitness-related 501©3 non-profit organization. Sara holds a Master of Science from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and frequently emcees for events such as Big Brothers, Big Sisters of East Tennessee, the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, and the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant. She resides in Knoxville, Tennessee where she enjoys running and cycling.

Savannah Huckabee

Savannah Huckabee brings a unique blend of creativity and compassion to her role as a Client Service Assistant at Solinity Marketing. She attended Appalachian State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design.

Scott Hughes

Scott Hughes serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Solinity with over 18 years of experience in the Finance and Management field. He has served in leadership positions for a variety of companies and organizations both in the for-profit and non-profit sectors, overseeing multi-million dollar annual budgets.Scott and his wife, Raychel, have four children ranging in ages 13 to 21 and reside in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, calling Blount County, Tennessee home.

Tighe O'Connor

Tighe has been in the marketing and creative business for the last eight years. His focus is on top-shelf creative and creating the processes that allow marketing campaigns to be successful. In 2015, he found the senior living industry and fell in love with the ability to make a difference in the lives of seniors by helping promote the best communities and services. Since then he has worked with communities all across the US and Canada building marketing campaigns and producing content. Starting out as a digital media specialist, he has now worked as a Creative Director and Director of Operations, always staying between the two worlds of creativity and strategy. As a self-taught professional, he is always looking for ways to expand his skill set. He is certified in Google Adwords, Analytics, Hubspot, HIPAA, and more. Throughout his career, he has won many awards for his photography, videography, designs, and animations. Tighe is currently working remotely through South America and Europe with his wife and helping lead the team at Solinity.
