Since being a barefooted kicker in the NFL was no longer an option, Jimmy Maguire went in search of a new dream. He embarked on various adventures like counselling at-risk youth, teaching history, bartending and coaching football. In his time off, he used his love of cooking for family and friends. He found the more he cooked, the more people asked him to cook for them, which lead him to a 30 year career in the hospitality industry. The idea of combining his two favorite things, coaching and cooking prompted him to create a catering business focused on athletic teams, marching bands and casual catering.
