HESAM ZADEH - CMO

For over 17 years, Hesam has worked with businesses and individuals to develop ROI-focused marketing campaigns. A data-driven storyteller, Hesam streamlines strategy and creative to generate maximum brand power and revenue while honoring each audience's experience. Hesam has developed numerous award-winning campaigns for Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, and non-profit organizations alike. His event experience includes producing boutique global conferences with partners like Adobe, Google, and Ketel One, as well as national in-store events with Microsoft. Hesam also co-founded and serves on the board of the Independent Hospitality Coalition, formed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic as an advocacy arm for independent operators in the hospitality industry. Hesam holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. When not behind the desk, Hesam enjoys playing guitar, cycling, and exploring the world's unique culinary offerings.

JAMES SCOTT - VP

James has over 15 years' experience in business development, sales and marketing with an array of hospitality and lifestyle brands at world-renowned casinos and hotels. He began his career with Light Group Hospitality where he spent 11 years as the Director of Customer Development in charge of customer acquisition and management. He later accepted a two-year contract with SBE Entertainment Group as Vice President of Hospitality where he was responsible for the marketing efforts of 24 venues including world-famous restaurant, lounge, nightclub, and hotel brands. James is currently Vice President of Client Relations for Stein House Holdings and its subsidiary companies, focused on business development and strategic partnerships.

TOM EPSTEIN - CEO, Founder

Tom Epstein launched Franchise Payments Network in 2006 with the mission to bring the best in gift, loyalty, and payment processing to franchise businesses. Due to tireless efforts, Franchise Payments Network has been endorsed by over 220 franchise brands. More recently, Tom decided to refresh FPN's loyalty platform into its own company, POLN8. Soon thereafter, he combined his expertise across payments and loyalty to serve emerging industries. Not only is Tom a franchisee himself, having opened locations in the fitness sector under the CycleBar brand, his extensive industry experience includes serving on the International Franchise Association (IFA) Supplier Forum Advisory Board, IFA Marketing and Technology Committee, chairs the IFA Data Security subcommittee, and serves on the Government Relations and Data Security Committees for the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA). Tom calls Florida home where he resides with his two children.
