Bruce Crager is Executive Vice President of Endeavor Management and leads the firm's group of Expert Advisors. He has over 44 years' experience in offshore drilling and production, primarily in management positions. This has included significant experience evaluating and providing all types of field development solutions, particularly those based on floating production systems and subsea production equipment. Previous positions have included President and CEO of INTEC Engineering, Senior Vice President of Oceaneering and President of ABB Offshore Systems Inc. Bruce holds a BS in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University and was selected as a Distinguished Graduate of TAMU's Zachary Department of Civil Engineering in 2008. He also holds a MBA from the University of Houston, has co-authored 4 patents, and has written numerous technical and management articles.

Bishop Falope has 24 years of industry experience extending from R&D in a range of technology areas with specialist expertise in flow assurance.
Bishop is currently Head of Petronas UK Research & technology and is responsible for coordinating the research activities of Petronas research in the UK. Bishop was formerly Head (Flow Assurance) at Petronas Research where he was extensively involved in developing flow assurance technologies while also providing design support to projects and training.
In his current position Bishop oversees research and technology projects in key technology interest areas but continues to provide expert flow assurance services in an advisory capacity within Petronas.
Bishop holds an M.Sc. (with distinction) and PhD in Chemical Engineering from University College London.

Zvi (Kul) Karcz is the Vice President for Exploration at NewMed Energy (formerly Delek Drilling). Kul leads the subsurface, production and EHS teams at NewMed. Prior to joining NewMed (then called Delek Drilling) in 2011, Kul worked for ExxonMobil in various R&D roles, first in Clinton NJ and then in Houston TX. Kul holds a PhD in Geology and Geophysics from Columbia University, and a BSc and MSc in Geology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Nicolas obtained MEng in Chemical Engineering specialized in Petroleum Catalysis and MSc in Biotechnology. Demetris Fessas is a Chartered Engineer accredited by the UK Engineering Council and is a Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineers, Scientists and Technologists. He has been involved in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years, starting with design engineering on both topsides and subsea applications, progressing to subsea construction and operations management. He has worked both for major service companies and major operators, such as Subsea7 and bp, and with these has worked initially in the North Sea, and extensively on West African deep-water projects. Since 2015 Demetris Fessas has been employed by the Cyprus Hydrocarbons Company in managerial roles and has been CHC's Acting Director General since June 2018. During this period Demetris Fessas has been instrumental in the establishment of CHC as Cyprus' National Oil and Gas Company and has overseen CHC's activities in support of Cyprus' offshore activities including significant new discoveries, the progression of the Aphrodite project and Cyprus' interaction with broader East Med regional activities.

Nicodemos Nicodemou is a Senior Project Engineer for the Cyprus Hydrocarbons Company, and Chairperson of the Cyprus Section of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Terry Wood, Subsea Engineering Manager and Global Flow Assurance SME for Worley, has over twenty years' experience in the Energy industry from conventional oil and gas developments to CCUS and Hydrogen projects. He provides technical assurance to all projects with a flow assurance and subsea processing element, whilst providing strategic leadership for the global flow assurance group. Terry is a technical advisor on subsea processing technologies being developed internally and externally, has worked on a number of subsea processing studies and has presented at numerous conferences / seminars on subsea processing. He is active member of the Pseudo Dry Gas Separator system being developed by Worley, a subsea separator and pumping system.
Terry has managed a number of deepwater subsea projects during the Concept and FEED phases. He continues to evolve his understanding of flow assurance an thermodynamics in the area of energy transition and in particular his recent involvement with CCUS and Hydrogen projects.
