Brian is a 3rd Generation owner and Director of Sales for L.E. Smith. His experience and kid glove approach to Service through Sales are second to none. Outside of LES, Brian and his wife Colleen are busy raising 3 young children.
Corby is our Material and Logistics Manager. He's a 27 year veteran of LES, a sports enthusiast, and an avid Golfer.
Dick is the Post Form Production Team Lead for L.E. Smith. A 30 year veteran of LES, Dick enjoys coaching his co-workers, and on Friday nights you can catch him coaching Bryan High School football. Go Bears!

Laura is the Chairman of the Board. Dedicated to honoring the generations before her, Laura leads the L.E. Smith team with a strong focus on Continuous Improvement and the Core Values of the L.E. Smith Family. Outside of LES, Laura resides on several Community Boards, teaches Yoga, and dedicates endless love and time to her Husband and Children.
Mari is the CEO of L.E. Smith. Prior to LES, Mari worked in the Investment Industry leading operational and technology teams through rapid growth and conversion. She is a seasoned pro in value-added revenue growth, continuous improvement, and strategic planning. When she's not working, Mari enjoys spending time with her Family and Church.
