He is a Commerce Graduate and has about 35 years of experience in Business and Corporate Management. He brings a wealth of experience and financial acumen to the Company's Board. His vast experience in the realm of corporate governance will be of great benefit to the Company.
He is having over 52 years of varied and wide ranging experience in Textiles, Chemicals, Metal & Construction industry. He was appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 26 th August, 2020.
