Amy Rowcliffe

Amy is responsible for Everyone TV's brand strategy and identity. She ensures our vision: ‘to drive the future of free-to-air (FTA) TV, by providing engaging experiences that keep viewers coming back for more', is clear and compelling, for staff and for our industry. She is also the marketing lead for Freesat, helping to drive awareness, understanding and uptake of our FTA and G3 set top box proposition. Amy's career spans some of the UK's biggest brands - including BT, Samsung, British Gas and Sky - bringing a wealth of expertise to Everyone TV. With a background at creative agencies, Amy went on to launch BT Vision in 2007 and was instrumental in hitting the 10m subscriber target at Sky in 2010. She has held multiple roles across Direct Marketing, Strategy & Planning and Brand; a fully-rounded skillset that has been key to her success as a growth marketer.

Carl Pfeiffer

Carl and Sarah Milton jointly set the strategy and direction for Everyone TV's customer-facing propositions, including Freeview Play and Freesat. They lead the Product and Operations teams and ensure that Everyone TV brings the best possible free-to-air TV experience to viewers while delivering value for content providers and other partners. Carl joined Everyone TV (formerly Digital UK) in 2022, having previously worked at Channel 4, where he led the team which negotiated and managed commercial partnerships with distribution platforms across the free-to-air and pay-TV sectors. He was also a member of the YouView board for over five years. Carl's previous experience includes a range of commercial, strategy and proposition roles at UKTV and Sky. He began his career in marketing at Barclays Bank.

Deep Halder

Deep leads the development of Everyone TV's commercial and partnership strategy for all of the UK's free TV platforms: Freeview, Freeview Play and Freesat.

Eric Mitchell

Eric leads on all financial, legal and corporate governance matters at Everyone TV and Freeview, and plays a key role in ensuring the continued growth of the Freeview and Freesat platforms. During 15 years at Digital UK (now Everyone TV), Eric has been instrumental in multiple commercial deals and agreements, most recently the merger with Freesat and welcoming Channel 5 to the PSB joint venture. Eric is a chartered accountant and, prior to joining Everyone TV, he worked for independent accountancy firms within the music and entertainment sector.

James Jackson

Since joining Everyone TV (then Digital UK) in 2015, James has spearheaded the successful technical development and delivery of Freeview Play. Today he leads the Technical Strategy team, and is responsible for enterprise technical architecture, technology programme management and governance, risk and compliance across all aspects of the technology functions supporting the Freeview and Freesat platforms. James has extensive experience of developing and managing distribution services. He has held a range of senior roles in the BBC's strategy, distribution and technology teams, encompassing commercial and engineering management.

Jaspel Kaur

Jaspel works closely with the leadership team, shaping and driving the People agenda to ensure that, through the recruitment of ambitious and talented staff, we continue to deliver the world's best free TV service. As Everyone TV leads the evolution of free TV in the UK, Jaspel is supporting organisational changes, cultural change initiatives, and directing the hiring process as well as focusing on talent development and training for staff and managers. Before joining Everyone TV, Jaspel worked at the BBC across UK and global business areas including the BBC World Service, News, and Digital.

John Furlong

John is responsible for the day-to-day management of all platform and viewer support operations, and the processes that help ensure we deliver them effectively. He works closely with teams across the business to ensure our activities are integrated, effective and efficient and - most importantly - delivering a best-in-class service to our viewers. John has held positions at the BBC, Guardian Media Group, Channel 4, Ofcom, and several successful start-up companies. As well as operations, his experience covers TV production, distribution, policy and commercial management.

Jonathan Thompson

Jonathan leads the development of Freeview and Freesat, the UK's free TV platforms, used by over 18 million homes as their primary source of TV. Following the integration of Everyone TV (formerly Digital UK) with Freesat in July 2021, Jonathan is now responsible for the long-term strategy for free-to-view TV in the UK, as well as the day-to-day management of digital terrestrial television (DTT) and satellite service, Freesat. In 2015, Jonathan oversaw the launch of Freeview Play - the UK's fastest-growing TV service with 10 million users, combining live linear TV with on demand content from the UK's leading broadcasters. Last year also saw the launch of Freeview's new Accessible TV Guide, the first dedicated accessibility solution to launch on a UK TV platform. The success of Freeview and Freesat is built on cross-industry partnerships, and Jonathan's leadership focuses on collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including broadcasters, manufacturers and consumer groups. A former director of strategy for Ofcom and Channel 4, Jonathan has extensive experience of working in broadcasting and the regulatory environment. Jonathan also previously worked in the Office of the Chairman at DMGT plc, advising on group strategy. Jonathan is a Council Member and Board Director of the DTG (Digital Television Group).

Liz Reynolds

Liz is responsible for Everyone TV's communications strategy, with a remit that includes corporate and internal communications, media relations, crisis comms and public affairs. In partnership with Strategy & Policy colleagues, Liz leads a team focused on fostering a supportive policy environment for free TV in the UK. She also leads on Everyone TV's annual stakeholder event, Outside the Box, which has become a staple of the TV industry conference circuit. A passionate believer in high-quality, free television for all, Liz has held a number of key roles at Freeview and Digital UK (now Everyone TV), covering marketing, research and insight, strategy and policy. Prior to this, Liz led the marketing strategy and campaign execution for the gaming division of BBC Studios (formerly BBC Worldwide). She started her career as a marketer at the National Theatre, followed by several roles in consumer research agencies.

Sahar Soueid

Sahar leads the strategy, policy and research work for Everyone TV. She is responsible for developing the future strategic direction for the company, to ensure it delivers on its vision. Recently she was the Head of Commercial Strategy at the BBC, where she spent five years and worked across television commissioning, production, and routes-to-market strategies for the group. Sahar has also worked in strategy consulting for over five years, in the UK and the Middle East, covering a vast array of strategic projects for private and public clients in multiple sectors. Sahar holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the American University of Beirut. She also volunteers as Strategy Director on the Board of Impact Lebanon, a non-profit organisation connecting the Lebanese diaspora.

Sarah Milton

Together with Carl Pfeiffer, Sarah sets the strategy and direction for Everyone TV's customer-facing propositions, including Freeview Play and Freesat. They lead the Product and Operations teams and ensure that Everyone TV brings the best possible free-to-air TV experience to viewers while delivering value for content providers and other partners. Previously Sarah worked at Channel 4 for over 15 years. During this time she was at the forefront of its digital transformation, as one of the original team that developed and launched it's ground-breaking video-on-demand service, 4oD - and more recently, as Head of Product, responsible for the functionality and UX of All 4 across all platforms and devices. Sarah has also worked in business development and strategy at ITV, and at internet start-up Webrewards. She began her career at the management consulting firm McKinsey.
