Service is a foundational core principle that has resonated throughout my career. As a United States Air Force veteran, I have had the pleasure of solving complex problems in complex environments. With over a decade of experience in the electrical/mechanical industry I take pride in knowing that CT innovations encapsulates the spirit of servitude. By putting our customers first, while providing a superior product, and engineering capabilities CT innovations is poised to be a force multiplier in the electrical/mechanical market.
I consider myself a lifelong learner and as such innovation, strategic growth, and the implementation of strong business financial strategies align with who I am personally. I enjoy the challenge of new product development and global financial risk management. It is with that understanding, I can truly appreciate what the CT innovations family brings to the market.
I always need to know the fine details of what makes something work. This has been the case since I was a kid working in the shed and carried through to working through the business processes of a company. No matter the scenario, I dive in deep to figure out what's happening and what's needed. This often leads to realizing things aren't always as they appear to be.

Ever since I started crawling to pick up my father's screwdriver and take my toys apart to see how they worked, I wanted to know what makes things tick. Now, I wonder why things are designed and built the way they are and if they couldn't be designed better, simpler, and safer to help everyone. My passion is to listen, learn, understand, and work with others openly to find ways to do things better. People have always thought me a little crazy to be so passionate about pieces of bent metal, excited to walk around construction sites to see mechanical infrastructure solutions. But that's paid off. As a result, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences and explaining why a better solution is only a thought and discussion away. There really is no better feeling in business than knowing you helped a customer implement meaningful and beneficial solutions.

I was raised to care more about others than myself and to help solve problems even if they weren't my own. Whether throwing haybales or rebuilding an old farmhouse, I learned early the value of perseverance, flexibility, and family. Concentrating on these fundamental values has served as a compass throughout my career and serves as the cornerstone for CT Innovations.
