I oversee the North Tuition Branch at TP Tutors. I have been working for Teaching Personnel for over 4 years, working my way up from a candidate consultant on the SEN team to managing my current tuition team, where I work with Local Authorities across the North.

Having worked for Teaching Personnel for over 12 years from consultant to Branch Manager to Regional Operational Manager, I moved into the Business Development Team to head up our Tuition Partnerships nationally.
I am Jody Greaves and I run our South Tuition branch of TP tutors. I joined the company in 2013, prior to this I had experience in working in residential care and SEN schools as a support worker. Our team covers everything from Brighton to Dorset.
I run the NTP South Team in TP Tutors and have been with the company for over 4 years. My background is working with in an "Outstanding" SEMH school based in Cornwall. My team provides and continues to support young learners and schools in tuition services.
Initially part of the Teaching Personnel Tyne Tees SEN branch, working with specialist provisions across Teesside, finding roles for support staff, teachers and tutors. I then began setting up tuition as part of the National Tutoring Programme across the North East, and now oversee our NTP North branch.
I'm a Director of the UK's leading Education Recruitment Company, specialising in SEN and School Partnerships, Specialist Staffing, team-teach, Teacher Recruitment and Business Development.

With expertise across private training provision, further education and adult learning. Including local authority employability services within children's services.
I have been with Teaching Personnel for just over 7 years and I've worked within the SEN sector for the majority of my time. Recently moving over to the tuition sector in September last year. My branch covers London, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, just to name a few.
