TRAVELING TAPSNJ

Travel TapsNJ is the perfect marriage of Martin Ziolkowski's two passions - carpentry and entertaining. When he isn't building additions or ripping out kitchens Martin can be found preparing epicurean delights for his numerous parties. It is this love of entertaining that was the catalyst for Traveling TapsNJ. "Every time I have a party I noticed places in my house where people kept gathering no matter how the house was setup. It got me thinking about building a portable space that brings the familiarity of a kitchen island or a local pub to an outside space for people to gather." His daughter's engagement and her pending farm wedding provided the perfect opportunity to test his ideas. For the wedding Martin built the Rustic Taps themed traveling keg system with two 42" high Bar Tables . His observations proved correct as the taps space became a focal point at the event and brought an element of warmth and familiarity to an otherwise non-descript backyard.
