Celia Myers Martin is the VP of Business Development at Turner International Group. In simplest terms, Business Development is the creation of long-term value for an organization from customers, markets, and relationships. That definition is elegantly brief; however, at its heart, business development is highly nuanced and demands, not only, unique insight but also highly strategic and creative thought acting in unison - her superpower. She is not an analyst but it is through her that the analysis and data are humanized to figure out how the interactions of those forces combine to create opportunities and meet objectives.

Charlie Fisher brings more than 20 years of experience in the business community,
including serving as a key strategic advisor to several boards, advising executives,
business owners, and Angel Investors. Fisher has been instrumental in developing
(Charlie's Angels). As a youth, Fisher was a National Champion Boxer winning the
Golden Gloves and was named the most outstanding boxer of the tournament. He
also lettered in Track and Football where he graduated from Great Falls High
School. His hobbies include fishing, golfing, archery, ping pong, tennis, pool, and a
variety of other sports that often include family and friends. Fisher enjoys spending

Fisher has served as a key strategy advisor to several boards, advising executives, business owners, and Angel Investors. Fisher has been instrumental in developing and implementing investment strategies as president of an Investment company, which presently has attracted over 100 Angels. Charlie Fisher is presently serving as Senior Vice President of Turner International Group along side President & CEO Keith Turner formerly of Meridian Capital.
Colleen's many years' background in the Venture Capital/Angel Capital industry and in completing acquisitions/divestitures has given her the skills and experience to source deals, prepare materials, negotiate term sheets, conduct due diligence programs and close a transaction. Through prior roles, she has screened countless Business Plans and Confidential Information Memorandums; as well as sourced deals from all industries and in all stages of growth.
Kaehler's experience in the business world includes sales and member care with a Chamber of Commerce, sales and development for a construction start up, and territory equipment sales for a leading construction equipment dealer. In the equipment sales role Kaehler quickly rose to the top of his field and was one of the top three salesman in Canada for five years straight with two years as number one.

A founder of Turner International Group, Keith is an international commercial investment and merchant banker with over 40 years global experience working including New York, London, Miami, the Far East and Western Canada. He has created and managed loan and equity portfolios in excess of a billion dollars and has structured and closed the financing's of over 200 management buyouts and corporate financing's over a wide variety of industries including hydro electric and alternative energy facilities, as well as with several of North America's premier real estate developers and major league sports teams.
