We chose the Big Green Egg because its shape and ceramic material holds a consistent temperature so that our quality is the same no matter who is working in the kitchen... Urban Cookhouse is a local fast-casual restaurant in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa offering sandwiches, plates, salads, wraps, and more. We buy our produce from local Alabama farmers, and we smoke our meats over wood and charcoal using the Big Green Egg.
