Bill leads our publishing team, creating engaging education resources for students and teachers. Bill began his career as a teacher, in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. He moved to work in the New Zealand education system as curriculum materials developer for the Ministry of Education, as director of the national literacy programme, Ready to Read. He then spent 10 years developing literacy programmes and curricula for publishers in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Asia. Bill brings more than 25 years of education publishing experience with ministries, corporates, not-for-profits, and large offshore companies.
Based in Sydney, James runs our team. He is an experienced senior manager with over 15 years' multi-media publishing experience. Passionately customer focused, James is committed to understanding the client, stakeholder, and audience needs and priorities to establish effective training and learning solutions. James has managed the development of countless large-scale education programmes and directs an expert team that includes some of Australasia's best learning consultants, instructional and interactive designers, e-learning developers, writers, editors, and graphic designers.

Jesse is the Director of Partnering for Wavelength Australia and New Zealand and manages new and existing client relationships from our Sydney office. Jesse has been in sales for global companies and managed sales teams in the Software and Payments space for over 12 years. His whole family are teachers so the move to Wavelength was always a natural progression and an exciting opportunity to deliver bespoke Human-Centred Learning to workplaces across Australia. Jesse is one of the first people you will speak to at Wavelength about your needs. He will then make sure you are introduced to the right people who can help you. When he's not at work you can find him either in the ocean surfing or on the water fishing.

Leighton leads our Learning Experience Design team - combining a love of technology with a passion for seeing people learn, grow, and develop. Based in our Wellington studio (but a regular visitor to Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne), Leighton provides direction on the design and development of learning solutions from initial consultation through to final delivery. Coming from corporate learning design leadership roles in both New Zealand and Australia, Leighton ensures that we understand our clients' needs, contexts, and drivers, and combines that with a focus on our end users through human-centered design.

Matt is the Senior Learning Partner for Wavelength Australia Victoria and manages new and existing client relationships from our Melbourne office.
Matt has been involved in education for over 20 years from business development, account management, resource management and management with universities and global companies. He has managed BD teams in the education consulting space for over 12 years ranging from APAC to MENA and beyond. The transition to Wavelength is a natural progression of where learning and training resources are becoming most effective and an exciting opportunity to deliver bespoke Human Centred Learning to workplaces across Australia.
With a Masters in Education, Matt brings a deep understanding of adult learning principles and the relevance of competencies in the workplace for functional and applied learning applicable to organisational needs. He will then make sure you are introduced to the right people who can help you. When he's not at work you can find him either in his shed doing woodwork or volunteering on school council boards.

Experience Designer
Mel leads the Project delivery team, ensuring consistency in project management and reporting across the Wavelength portfolio. She has experience in project and programme management in SaaS and bespoke software development, and on commercial strategy design and organisational change management in software, health and safety, and telecommunications organisations. Mel also has years of experience in body corporate/strata management and secondary teaching.
Mel was an avid traveller (pre-Covid) and is a fluent speaker of a number of languages. These days she can usually be found doing obedience and agility training with her dog, learning te Reo Maori, or doing water-related sports.

Roisin is the Learning Partner for Wavelength Australia NSW and manages new and existing client relationships from our Sydney office. With over 10 years in commercial roles, Roisin has worked for global software and technology companies, dedicating her time to clients in not-for-profit, FMCG, education, health services, and government industries. Roisin appreciates the importance of employees receiving training that is engaging and relevant, enabling companies to deliver better workplace culture, increased profitability, and improved efficiencies across their business. Roisin recognises that every business is unique, and is diligent in understanding the goals and challenges of her clients, in order to deliver exceptional solutions that meet their strategic objectives. Vivek is the Learning Partner for Wavelength New Zealand and manages new and existing relationships from our Wellington and Auckland offices. Vivek has been working with learning and technology companies for over 14 years. He has worked with enterprise clients in developing learning solutions and applications. He is passionate about needs analysis, requirement gathering, and working with multiple stakeholders to create innovative and engaging learning solutions. These have included e-learning, mobile learning, apps, learning management system implementation, and microsites. Vivek is probably the first person you will speak to at Wavelength New Zealand. He will then make sure you are introduced to the right people who can help you get the best solution for your needs and budget. When he's not at work you can find him spending time with his kids.
