Jenny Telwar has lived in Middle Tennessee since 1994. She was selected as one of Nashville Business Journal's Top 40 under 40 in 2010, and as one of Nashville Lifestyles 25 Most Beautiful People in Nashville in 2010. Jenny has appeared on Nashville's WSMV Channel 4 numerous times discussing Nashville real estate and holds educational workshops for sellers and buyers to help families understand and navigate the market. Jenny Telwar serves as the Managing Broker for the Zeitlin Sotheby's International Realty Nashville office and has lived in Middle Tennessee since 1994. She has strong experience in real estate, specifically in the areas of new construction, relocation, luxury/high end properties, public relations and marketing. Jenny has appeared on Nashville's WSMV Channel 4 numerous times discussing Nashville real estate and holds educational workshops for sellers and buyers to help families understand and navigate the market. She also volunteers with several local Middle Tennessee not-for-profit organizations, is a former president of the BNI Frontliners Chapter in Franklin and also encourages teens through scholarship procurement and events to further young people's education and opportunities. It's this deep love for serving others that drives Jenny's passion for helping families in real estate. She focuses on Davidson and Williamson counties and has lived in the Brentwood/Franklin area for 25 years. In her free time, Jenny loves watching UFC fighting, visiting her Alma Mater Virginia Tech for football games, traveling and enjoying daily doses of coffee and exercise. Jessica Averbuch began her real estate career in 2001 and obtained her Broker's license in 2007. As CEO and owner, she is dedicated to using her knowledge and experience to lead Zeitlin Sotheby's International Realty. She also leads the Zeitlin Charitable Fund initiatives that raise money to benefit local non-profits, and she's involved in numerous local organizations that help the community. Jessica Averbuch, CEO and owner of Zeitlin Sotheby's International Realty, is dedicated to using her knowledge and experience to lead Zeitlin Sotheby's International Realty. She started her real estate career in 2001 and is passionate about selling real estate and serving as an advocate for her clients. Sam Averbuch - COO

A Nashville native, Sam spent a few years after college living and working in Austin, TX. He then moved back to his hometown with his wife, Jessica, in 2001 and began his career in the mortgage business. In 2007 Sam became partner in Zeitlin & Co., and in 2010 he began his role as COO.

Shirley Zeitlin, who has been in the real estate brokerage business for more than 45 years, founded Shirley Zeitlin & Co., Realtors® in 1979. Elected regional vice president of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), she was the first woman president of the Tennessee Association of Realtors® (TAR) and was named Realtor® of the Year by her peers. She was president of the Nashville Board of Realtors® (now Greater Nashville Realtors®) and served in numerous other positions with that association.
