Abbie graduated from Nottingham Trent University, with a First Class Degree in Law. Abbie joined our firm as a paralegal within our Landlord and Tenant Team and specialises in resolving disputes between Landlords and Tenants, and has experience in recovering possession of residential rental properties. Abbie hopes to further her legal career and qualify as a Solicitor in the near future. Abbie enjoys reading and walking in the countryside in her spare time.

Aimee Ambridge

Aimee's legal career started in 2021 as a court clerk in Lincoln County Court, moving into the private sector in 2022, when she also graduated from Lincoln University with a Degree in a Bachelor of Science. Aimee has a background in Corporate and Commercial law, and joins our firm as a Paralegal in our Landlord and Tenant Team. Aimee is currently working towards qualification as a Solicitor, by studying for her Solicitors Qualifying Examinations. In her spare time Aimee enjoys socialising with her family and friends, spending time with her dogs, travelling and playing the piano.

Andy Halstead - CEO

Andy is the Chief Executive Officer of Legal for Lettings and its parent company Barbon Insurance Group Limited. He has an extensive sales and sales management background with experience across a range of business maturities, from start up through to PLC boards. Andy is a prominent figure in the private rented sector (PRS) and is well known for his establishment and growth of the Let Alliance business. Andy led the Let Alliance business through over a decade of growth, merging the business with the Barbon Insurance Group in 2019 and going on to lead the Barbon group of businesses following its acquisition by the PIB Group in 2020. Andy brings to the firm invaluable experience and knowledge in both business start-ups and the PRS.

Carl McMillan

Chloe currently acts on behalf of Landlords to help them recover possession of their properties and collect outstanding balances from tenants.

Daniel Radford

Dan was admitted to the Roll as a Solicitor with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) in October 2021. Before becoming a Solicitor, Dan qualified as a Barrister and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln's Inn in 2014. He has a wealth of advocacy experience, developed by representing claimants and defendants in courts all over the country in a range of civil proceedings. In 2016, Dan secured an employed position as an in-house advocate for a nationwide advocacy provider. He enhanced his advocacy credentials whilst developing his litigation and drafting capabilities. Dan then progressed within the firm, becoming a manager in 2018 and subsequently the head of the litigation department in 2021. Dan has been an associate lecturer in law at Edge Hill University since 2015 and has more than seven years of post-qualification experience. Dan recently qualified as a Solicitor with Higher Rights to provide a comprehensive service to clients, from initial advice to representation at trial.

Georgia Sharpe

Georgia's legal career started in 2019 as a residential conveyancer dealing with all residential property transactions. Georgia is a Senior Paralegal within the firm and specialises in possession claims under the Housing Act and Dispute Resolution between landlords and their tenants. Georgia took the first step in her legal studies in 2016 by achieving a first-class law degree and is sitting the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) in 2023 as part of her journey on becoming a qualified Solicitor. Outside of work, Georgia is a sociable person, and enjoys cooking for her friends and cycling.

Georgina Lloyd

Georgina started her legal career in 2014 as a legal secretary in a high street solicitors firm. Georgina then handled possession claims as a member of Barbon Insurance Group's in-house legal team as a Senior Paralegal. Georgina has joined the firm as the Legal Team Leader and is responsible for the day to day leadership of the team. Georgina specialises in Landlord & Tenant disputes, assisting clients in seeking possession of their properties and the recovery of outstanding arrears. Georgina is a studying member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and will be accredited to associate level in 2023. In her spare time, Georgina enjoys horse riding and spending time with her family.

Imran Randawa

Imran specialises in providing practical and effective solutions for landlords seeking to regain possession and hopes to further his career by undertaking the Solicitors Qualify Examinations in the near future. In his spare time, Imran enjoys reading and following various sports.

Jayd Gunther

Jayd graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Degree in Law & Criminology. Having started her legal career in 2018 working for local government, as a legal assistant Jayd then moved into the private sector in 2019. Jayd joined our firm as a Paralegal in 2023 and has experience in Landlord and Tenant Law, specialising in recovering possession of residential property.

Nikita Barker

Nikita joined the firm as a Legal Support Assistant, having graduated from the University of Lincoln with a degree in Law and Criminology. Nikita is an integral part of the team, providing support to our Paralegals in order to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our customers. Nikita hopes to further her degree by carrying out the Solicitors Qualifying Examination in the near future. In her spare time Nikita enjoys watching movies and listening to True Crime Podcasts.

Will Eastman

Will's career in debt recovery started in 2006, recovering unsecured regulated debts for a high street bank. In 2014, Will joined Barbon Insurance Group as their Legal & Claims Manager and was responsible for handling landlords' and letting agents' claims, on behalf of a number of insurers, on one of the UK's largest Rent Protection Legal Expense insurance portfolios. In 2018 Will was promoted to the Group's Head of Legal & Claims and brings a wealth of debt recovery, litigation, and landlord and tenant dispute resolution experience to the firm. Will is an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, with ongoing studies that will see him become Chartered in 2024, and he is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Credit Management through experience.
