Alex Brown

Early on as a developer, Alex saw the benefits of Scrum but also the importance of technical excellence to enable teams to iteratively deliver high-quality products at a sustainable pace. But also, the importance of maximising the value delivered via continuously collaborating & working with the Product Owner, customers, and stakeholders to achieve this. Since 2008, you can say Alex has been there, done it, and has the scars to prove it. Alex focus is now on helping organisations transform to achieve a sustained competitive advantage by adopting agile principles and practices, and a culture of continuous improvement. With a real passion for helping others to focus on delivering value early by exploring & establish the technical excellence mindset & complementary practices that could help to achieve this. As a Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer, Alex wants to help others share his passion for Scrum, the benefits it can bring, and how they can use it in the real world to really deliver great products!

Chris Bexon

Chris has over 20 years experience as a Developer, Scrum Master, Agile Transformation Coach, and Professional Scrum Trainer. I am passionate about building high performing organisations and teams, growing Agile cultures, and enabling people to more efficiently and effectively deliver value. Chris has worked in both the public and private sector business domains. His focus is to transform organisations to achieve a sustained competitive advantage by adopting agile principles and practices, and a culture of continuous improvement. As a mentor and coach, he has worked with individuals and teams to develop technical skills, patterns and practices to improve alignment across the business.

Paul Ralton

Job Titles:

Paul has over 30 years experience in building complex products for a wide range of different organisations with a particular focus around the financial sector. Almost half of that time has been working either in or with a variety of agile teams providing extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Developer, Product Owner, Agile Coach and Professional Scrum Trainer. Paul coaches teams and organisations to focus on both value and speed of delivery in order to maximise outcomes. As a trainer, Paul uses a variety of different techniques to ensure that his classes are collaborative, engaging and fun whilst helping attendees have those moments of epiphany.
