Andrew Johnson founded Aurora Lighting in 1999. As Group Chairman and CEO, he is responsible for overall strategic development of the group and its products. Johnson has been instrumental in the expansion of the group, developing extensive experience in international commerce and building a substantial global network of contacts having lived across four continents. Perhaps most critical to the success of Aurora was the time Johnson spent immersing himself in the lighting industry in Asia alongside co-founder Jack Huang, forging the East-West relationship that has enabled the business to grow at an accelerated rate and remain at the forefront of innovation for nearly twenty years. Johnson is also Chairman of Gooee, a company he founded in 2014. A thriving, high-growth technology business with an international reputation for industry-leading innovation in the IoT-enabled smart building space, its solutions form an integral part of Aurora's pioneering smart lighting strategy. Johnson holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing & Sales Management, a postgraduate degree in Marketing and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Since co-founding the company in 1999, Jack has developed the Group's Asian capabilities, which now include 370,000 square feet of integrated manufacturing facilities in Dongguan and Ji'an (China), world-class showroom facilities in Taichung (Taiwan), Dongguan and Ji'an, and R&D, engineering, sales support and administration facilities in all locations. He has built teams that deliver award-winning new product lines, generating millions in revenue. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Kevin joined the Group in 2004 as UK Managing Director. As the Group expanded, in 2008 Kevin focused on developing the commercial and customer service activities, primarily in the UK. He is responsible for commercial strategy, develops business with key accounts and major buying groups, and coordinates regional sales activities and operational and sales analytics. Kevin holds a BSc (Honors) in Computer Science and sits on the main board, utilising his broad knowledge of the Group's operations.

Michael is responsible for the general business operations, daily management, corporate development, strategic planning and the handling of legal affairs in Asia. He joined Aurora in 2010, bringing with him 26 years of experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing and corporate management in the industrial machinery sector. Prior to joining Aurora, Michael was the President of Taiwan-based Falcon Machine Tools, achieving a 35 percent increase in EPS in his two years of leadership.He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Richard is a highly experienced Managing Director and joined Aurora in 2016 to lead the UK Trade division and the Welwyn Garden City site. He is responsible for the strategy and the P&L of the UK Trade business. He has previously held roles as SVP Global Operations at The Vitec Group plc, as Managing Director at Indal, the owners of WRTL Exterior Lighting and Managing Director roles at Marshalls Group and at Silentnight Group.
