Having previously led a successful business through organic growth and a merger before initiating its sale to a Plc in 2004, Adrian has a wide breadth of experience recruiting in public companies and entrepreneurial private businesses. He is currently focussed on recruiting for Consumer, retail and family/PE growth businesses.
Adrian cites the opportunity to work with amazing colleagues to offer outstanding service to customers as his favourite aspect of HW. Outside work he spends time with his growing family or playing Padel tennis.

Having built up 18 years' recruitment experience in accountancy and finance, Anna joined HW in November 2019, attracted by its friendly team and strong market reputation.
Anna currently recruits for executive and senior interim assignments across consumer, retail and financial services. She is accountable for the identification and engagement of high calibre candidates to fulfil senior executive mandates, up to and including board level appointments.
At HW Anna most enjoys being part of a caring team, working alongside supportive colleagues and friends. Outside the office, Anna likes camping, travelling and live music, and spends plenty of time running and working out in the gym.

Charlie joined HW in December 2019 aiming to build on his recruitment experience by focussing on Executive Search in a boutique practice.
As Search Consultant, Charlie places senior level candidates and develops relationships around the globe, working across the Consumer Products and FMCG sectors and across diverse skillsets including Sustainability, Procurement, e-commerce, and Supply Chain.
Charlie's highlight of working at HW is the opportunity to talk to so many great global leaders making a real difference to what consumers purchase on a day-to-day basis. Out of work he's usually to be found walking his Cocker Spaniel or building things from upcycled pallets in his workshop.

Having specialised in this area for over a decade, she has an extensive network of Senior Management and Project Professionals across Finance, Business Systems, Business Performance Improvement, Governance & Risk and Operations.
Charlotte's aim is to provide the necessary skills and experience to allow her clients to make changes to processes, people or systems (technology) to better align their companies with their business strategy and vision.

Ele is an experienced Head of People Operations with an academic background in Law. She is experienced in hiring for a variety of roles, while building people functions from scratch. These functions cover the responsibility for HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment/People Operations, Retention, Culture, D&I, Learning and Development and Process/Policy implementation.
Jake joined HW in 2018, attracted by the breadth and depth of its market knowledge as well as the opportunity to work with some world-renowned clients.
A former Head of Talent at one of the UK's leading Private Equity houses, where he helped recruit, reshape and restructure the portfolio leadership teams, Jamie joined HW in 2020, attracted by HW's strong team and excellent reputation.
With a particular focus on Private Equity and Family Office Recruitment, as an Associate Director in this area, Jamie has successfully completed assignments for Chair, NED and C-suite positions across a range of geographies and sectors.
For Jamie HW's strong team and workplace culture are the best part of the job, and when he's not working his preferred activities are playing golf and walking his dogs along the coast.

John started HW in 2005 following a decade-long career in finance and has seen the company go from strength to strength ever since.
John is equipped with 20 years' hands-on executive search expertise across Europe and the UK and currently heads up the search business, with a focus on Finance and Financial Services.
During his time at HW he has particularly enjoyed watching his colleagues evolve and grow as part of the business. He's an avid supporter of Newcastle United and outside work he can usually be found watching the football, skiing or playing golf.

Having previously worked with one of HW's founding partners, Julia decided to fulfil her ambition of working in Executive Search by joining HW in 2009.
Julia has 16 years' recruitment experience, including 8 years of Executive Search experience, and is accountable for the development of key client relationships and the execution of senior executive mandates across Financial Services.
Her favourite aspect of working at HW is being able to work with like-minded people in a fun environment, and outside the workplace she likes skiing and spending time with her family.
Kate is Head of Group Operations and supports the Global Consumer Practice of HW Global.
Accountable for the Group's operations, Kate is also the first point of contact for customer service to both clients and candidates, responsible for maintaining new and existing client relationships, managing assignment processes and supporting the CEO globally.

Kerry joined the HW Group in 2022 to head up the marketing and communications for the four brands in the portfolio: HW Global, HW People, Osmii and Zebra People. Having worked in marketing, communications, branding and business development for over 25 years, Kerry has experience across a range of B2B and B2C sectors, including tech, retail, property, legal, professional services and finance. Working as a consultant, she has been responsible for launching digital campaigns for talent acquisition into a £multi-billion global tech firm.
Among other projects, Kerry has launched a range of global websites and complementary digital media for the FA, Premier League, Sport England and RUFC. Working with Embassies, Consulates and Ambassadors, she has also managed clients' international business development in key global markets in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and America. She was also responsible for project managing the delivery of a £1.3bn B2C and B2B corporate rebranding project.
In her spare time, when not in the gym or traveling, Kerry can be found out on her bike - or socialising in her local pub!

Having spent 15 years in professional banking roles with HSBC followed by 8 years of Senior Interim market recruitment, Lorraine was drawn to HW by its culture and reputation and joined the team in October 2021.
Utilising her knowledge and expertise to meet client needs and candidate requirements, Lorraine specialises in recruiting for the Business Change and Transformation, HR, Regulatory, Risk and Compliance and Operations Management sectors. Lorraine particularly enjoys the teamwork that comes with being part of a supportive, professional and collaborative team.
When she's not working, Lorraine can be found walking her Cocker Spaniel, trying to improve her running time at Roundhay Park and enjoying good food and wine.

Mark recently joined HW to head up the interim business and secure HW Group's move into Birmingham by opening an office in the city centre. Following a successful 14 year career with Enterprise Rent a Car in a range of finance and audit executive roles across the UK, USA and Europe, Mark subsequently developed the senior interim business of a large consulting firm. Mark brings with him over 10 years of senior interim, managed services, and resource augmentation experience, primarily across Financial Services and Energy.
Mark understands business needs, and offers a collaborative approach to resource planning, working with your business to understand the overall problems, and offering the ‘right fit' solutions. His key areas of expertise are Finance, Change & Transformation, Project support, and Technology.
Outside of work, Mark is a keen golfer and West Bromwich Albion fan.
Pascale has over 17 years' hands-on Executive Search expertise and brings extensive sector experience in financial services, having developed strong cross-sector relationships with clients, candidates, regulators and other key stakeholders across a highly dynamic market. Her main focus is advising Boards in the recruitment of Chair and Non-Executive Directors, but with her background and interest in IT she is also accountable for the execution of senior executive mandates within the business transformation and digital arena across a range of geographies and sectors.
Pascale's favourite aspect of working at HW is working with a great team and building strong and long-term relationships with her clients and candidates. A keen cyclist, skier, dancer and hiker, she can often be found cycling or walking her two dogs around the Yorkshire Dales.
Rob was attracted to HW by its entrepreneurial management team and its reputation for delivering unparalleled service to a global client base across multiple sectors. Working closely with HW's advisors and stakeholders, Rob is responsible for the company's finances and M&A activity.
At HW he enjoys being surrounded by like-minded, diverse and creative colleagues who ensure that the learning experience is both varied and enjoyable. Although he no longer plays football, he can still be found on ski slope or the squash court, and his ambition is to have played on all the courses that have hosted golf's Open Championship.
Believing that there was a significant gap in the market to be filled by an entrepreneurial, disruptive search provider that had the commerciality to truly understand the needs of clients and senior candidates, Spencer joined HW in 2007.
Spencer now leads assignments across all major global geographies with a focus on FMCG, CPG, Retail, eTail, QSR and Pharma.
Spencer says that the most rewarding aspect of working for HW is its desire to go above and beyond expectation in all areas in order to deliver exceptional results and service. A keen sportsman Spencer spends his time outside the office in the gym or on his bike, running, skiing or playing squash.
Zoe has the unique distinction of having worked for HW twice, joining HW's team for the first time in 2014. Drawn back by HW's great working environment and team, Zoe returned to HW in 2021.
Zoe is currently recruiting for the FMCG/CPG, Healthcare, Retail and Private Equity sectors.
