IGA is an independent membership body for the sport of Gymnastics within the United Kingdom. As an organisation we seek to promote the sport as whole, but specifically cater to the recreational side of the sport. We do this by offering our members access to coaching courses in a range of disciplines, competitions for gymnasts of all ages to take part in, as well as support and advice when needed... The WAG Competition Handbook has been updated, please make sure you download this version. The IGA Intention Sheets have also been updated. Please make sure you are using these for your gymnasts, competiting from September - December 2023. We look forward to seeing you in High Wycombe!...
