Bill Bourne - CHRO

As Human Resources Director, Bill brings over 25 years' HR and operations experience to Vercity. He is responsible for delivering the people strategy and overseeing all HR activities in support of the company's business growth objectives. Prior to joining in January 2017, Bill spent 14 years working at Sir Robert McAlpine, culminating in being appointed Group Head of HR in 2011. He has delivered transformational change and business performance improvements in complex blue-chip organisations across a diverse range of sectors including; the Armed Forces, where he served as an infantry officer in the Royal Green Jackets for a decade, telecoms, aviation and construction. He holds an MBA from Cranfield University School of Management and a BSc from Durham University.

Colin Carey - COO

As Director of Operations, Colin is accountable for Vercity's portfolio of accommodation projects in the UK. Colin is a member of Vercity's Management Board and he leads the Operational Management Team which is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of SPV management services to projects. Colin also leads on company-wide initiatives, such as the MyRIAD management information system. Prior to joining Vercity Colin worked for the NHS for 22 years, including a variety of senior management and director level roles.

Donna McCormack - CFO

Donna is responsible for leading the financial management and governance of the group companies and the PFI assets under management across both UK and Canadian jurisdictions. As a board director Donna contributes to the development and delivery of the corporate strategy. Donna is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has worked in the Private Equity environment at FD level for over 20 years.

Eddie Davies

Eddie is Director of Consultancy Services and a member of Vercity's Management Board. He is responsible for Vercity's consultancy division, which provides expertise for a wide range of Clients, focusing on the intelligent management of infrastructure and corporate assets. This expertise is broad and developed over many years, covering strategic asset management, commercial management, project management, technical services and commercial finance. Prior to joining Vercity, Eddie ran a successful technical advisory and project management team at Capita, leaving to set up and manage MAMG Consultancy, which was recognised as Technical Adviser of the year in 2016. He is a chartered quantity surveyor and project manager by profession, having worked on commercial real estate and specialising in PFI/PPP procured assets since the late 90s. He was the technical author of the RICS guidance note, "Lender's Independent Monitoring Surveyor."

Paul Francis

Paul joined Vercity as a Managing Director for the MoD Main Building project in Whitehall, in 2005. He is a Chartered Surveyor and is on the RICS Faculty as a Management Executive, as well as fellow of the Institute of Directors, member of the University College London FM Advisory Board and member of the Journal of Facilities Management. As the Managing Director for Modus Services, Paul is responsible for the provision of all services to 5000 civil servants in 150,000 sqm of historic Grade 1 listed accommodation.

Stuart Yeatman - CEO

Job Titles:
  • Group Chief Executive Officer
Stuart joined Vercity in December 2016, and led the transition of the former John Laing Management Services business to Vercity. He was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer in March 2019. He is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the organisation's strategy, and focused on delivering the successful growth of Vercity in all project finance sectors and the wider built environment, positioning Vercity as an evolutionary service provider. He has over 30 years' experience of delivering development and infrastructure in the U.K. Stuart is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
