Carolyn has been an integral part of the SaveMoneyCutCarbon team since day one, heading up various roles within the business including Operations, Marketing and HR.
Carolyn is now Director of People where she looks after our wonderful team plus drives company culture and morale. Prior to SMCC, Carolyn was a European Marketing Director at iBAHN Europe.

Charlie co-founded SaveMoneyCutCarbon with Mark and was instrumental in securing early HNW investment. Charlie is an experienced entrepreneur and business professional with experience across various sectors including linen hire, toy shops and spas and hot tubs.

Dominic is Global Chairman of Aon Reinsurance Solutions, Deputy Chairman of Lloyd's of London, and Chair of ClimateWise.
Dominic is deeply active in promoting awareness of climate change and emerging risks. Dominic holds an Honours Degree in History from the University of East Anglia and an Honorary Doctorate in Civil Law.

Erin is the former CEO of Vestemi where she developed market strategy and product roadmaps, evolved the brand to serve B2B and B2C segments, led a successful fundraising campaign and ultimately secured a sale to a leading global manufacturer.
Erin previously worked in marketing for Hive Home, Samsung Electronics and Vodafone. Erin joined SaveMoneyCutCarbon in 2022 to drive marketing strategy through our scale up period and beyond.

Throughout his career Jamie has helped high growth businesses streamline, improve and automate their financial and reporting processes.

Mark has over 20 years of experience in business development and sales management across the energy, IT, information and credit risk sectors throughout Europe and Australasia.
Mark's experience has varied from start-up to scale-up businesses. Mark joined SaveMoneyCutCarbon in 2022 to drive the Sales Team while also working closely with the Marketing Team to uncover and mobilise partnership opportunities.

Matt is an experienced Investment Manager at Barclays Principal Investments, focussed on Sustainable Impact Investing. His experience spans careers across Barclays and PwC, including investment and portfolio management responsibilities built upon a strong finance and strategic planning foundation.
He acts as a board observer at SaveMoneyCutCarbon and Air Protein. Matt is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a bachelor's degree from the University of Nottingham in Finance, Accounting & Management.

Steven is Head of Principal Structuring & Investments at Barclays, a member of Barclays Climate and Sustainable Finance Council and Chair of Barclays Treasury Environmental Action Group. This broad remit allows him to help drive the green agenda through investing in equity capital of sustainability focussed companies, helping Barclays' clients transition to net zero.
Steven is also a board member of BGF Group PLC and Origami Energy Limited. Steven has a degree in Economics from Queen's College, Cambridge University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser at Arthur Andersen.
