Alan is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years' experience in many areas of commercial and residential development. Alan has been involved in strategic land, brownfield regeneration and residential development and has successfully delivered many schemes directly to clients. As Head of Technical at MCI Midlands, Alan will advise, manage and deliver on all aspects of our schemes. Alan has in recent years worked for Taylor Wimpey and Gladman Developments.

Alex has decades of experience within the house building industry. Alex drives business growth and oversees the successful delivery of developments across the North West of up to 600 units per year. Alex has previously worked as Land Director at Gleeson Homes, Taylor Wimpey, ING Real Estate and most recently Land Director at Redrow Homes for over 5 years.

Bill is a Chartered Surveyor with over thirty years' experience in the acquisition and disposal of land and property for residential development in the North West Region. Bill joined MCI in 2013 as Head of Land and has secured numerous planning permissions and concluded numerous land and build contract agreements during his time with MCI. His previous employment has included working for Commission for New Towns as the Director responsible for the sale of residential land in the North of England, Morris Homes Limited as Strategic Land Director, McInerney Homes as Regional Land Director and at Manchester City Council as Senior Development Surveyor.
Craig is a respected construction professional with over 30 years' experience in the house building industry. He started his career with Mclean Homes, then moved to Redrow Homes and George Wimpey Homes, where he won several NHBC awards. In 2018, Craig was promoted to the role of Regional Managing Director at Keepmoat Homes for Manchester. Craig joined MCI in 2020 and his position is pivotal to MCI's growth strategy. His extensive knowledge of the industry and experience continues to help drive the company forward.

Eleanor joined MCI Developments in June 2019 and is responsible for land acquisition & facilitating affordable housing developments with Registered Providers across the North West of England. Within her career to date over the last 6 years, Eleanor has purchased and facilitated land opportunities resulting in the delivery of over 600 much needed affordable dwellings across the North West. Eleanor is also current chair of Women in Property North West for the 2012/2022 year leading the North West region and the committee.
Having been in the industry for 37 years, Ian has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge to be able to assist MCI Developments in growing the business to become the number one of its kind. Ian has previously worked for Keepmoat Homes and was at Taylor Wimpey for 11 years, delivering over 500 units each year. Throughout his career as a Contracts Manager/Construction Director, he has helped both Taylor Wimpey and Keepmoat Homes to achieve 18 NHBC Pride in the Job Awards.

Ken joined Keepmoat Homes in 2021 as Managing Director for MCI Developments in the Midlands. He brings with him 30 years' experience of residential land acquisition and business development within the West and East Midlands territory. He is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor, who has led a housing joint venture business in the Midlands for Cala Group. In recent years, he has operated as Land and Planning Director for both Taylor Wimpey and Redrow Homes.

Lainey previously worked in the Land & Planning Department for Taylor Wimpey and joins MCI Developments as the Midland's Land & Partnerships Coordinator. Lainey has supported Directors from the purchase of development Sites through to finished products. She prides herself on being tenacious, approachable and professional. Lainey is MCI Midland's first point of call for Partners, Local Authorities, Land Agents/Owners and the like and will go above and beyond to assist.
Mark Nuttall - Chief Commercial Officer
Mark was appointed Head of Commercial at MCI Developments in January 2021. Previously, he worked at Construction Partnership for 16 years, progressing to a senior level and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors. Prior to that, he was at Allen D&B and Birse Group. With an impressive track record of working in various sectors of the construction industry, Mark now has 25 years of wide-ranging commercial management experience.

Nigel joined Keepmoat Homes in 2021 as Managing Director for MCI Developments Yorkshire. Nigel has had a varied 25-year career in housing and development. He gained extensive experience working in the speculative housing market with regional and national house builders, as well as partnership working with Registered Providers and private developers.
Sara joined MCI Developments in April 2013, having previously worked for other housebuilders, including Persimmon Homes, and has twelve years' experience in in the sector. She is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Deloitte & Touche before developing her career with KPMG and gaining wider experience in different industries before her move to housebuilding.
