Corri Feige

Corri Feige previously held the post of Commissioner of the Alaska Department of Natural Resources, where she served Governor Dunleavy (2018 - 2022) as both Commissioner and a Board Trustee for the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation. Corri is a geophysicist and engineer with a 35-year global career in the mining, oil, and gas, and energy development sectors as an exploration geophysicist, regional manager & business executive. She has more than two decades of management-level experience in the mineral and energy industries. During the past 25 years in Alaska, Corri has worked for and on behalf of small and mid-size companies advancing mineral and energy projects across the state. Since retiring from the Commissioner's post at DNR, Corri has been President & Principal of Terra Piniun, LLC, a resource development consulting firm, where she continues the work of attracting capital investment to Alaska and being a stalwart champion for resource development in the Last Frontier. Corri also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Alaska Resource Education and Alaska Unlimited. Corri received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysical Engineering from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology in 1988.

Dave Cross - CFO

Mr. Cross is a Chartered Professional Accountant ("CPA") and is a co-founder of Cross Davis & Company, a CPA firm that has focused on providing accounting and management services to publicly listed companies since 2010. Mr. Cross started his career in 1997 with a Vancouver-based CPA firm. Mr. Cross has extensive knowledge and experience in the mining and mineral exploration sector.

Dr. Alex Steiner

Alex Steiner has more than ten years of industry and academic experience exploring magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE deposits and studying the petrology of large mafic magmatic systems. He is currently a Senior Geologist with Big Rock Exploration where he leverages geochemistry and petrology to provide technical insight into a range of problems and deposit types. He has previously worked for Twin Metals Minnesota LLC at the Maturi Cu-Ni-PGE deposit, and Rio Tinto Exploration at the Tamarack Ni-Cu-PGE deposit and other PGE-rich systems in northwestern Ontario. He graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor's in Geology and minor in geochemistry in 2012, followed by a Master's in Geology from University of Minnesota Duluth in 2014. He completed his Ph.D. in 2021 at Michigan State University studying the petrology of large mafic magmatic systems.

Dr. Larry Hulbert

Dr. Hulbert has over 40 years of experience in the metallogeny of mafic-ultramafic rocks and is an internationally recognized expert in platinum-group elements and nickel-copper sulphides. Previously, he was Senior Research Scientist with the Geological Survey of Canada and has extensive industry experience including working directly on the Company's Nikolai project for over 10 years.

Gabe Graf

Mr. Graf brings over 15 years of industry experience as an exploration and mining geologist. He has previously worked for Newmont Mining Corporation, Sumitomo Metal Mining Pogo, and Northern Star Resources Ltd. As the Exploration Superintendent of Sumitomo Metal Mining Pogo, his reinterpretation of CSAMT geophysics across the Goodpaster District resulted in new target generation concepts and led the exploration team to the discovery and delineation of the Goodpaster Deposit (2022 Maiden Resource: 3.2Mt @ 10.3g/t for 1.1M Au ounces) and the Central Lodes Deposit (2019 Maiden Resource: 2Mt @ 7.9g/t Au for 509k Au ounces). He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh (2006) with a bachelor's degree in Hydrology, a master's degree in Economic Geology from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (2008), and an MBA from the University of Alaska Fairbanks (2018). Mr. Graf is a certified professional geologist (#11889) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists.

Gregory Beischer - CEO, President

Mr. Beischer is a seasoned explorationist with a solid track record of success, now leading the team at Alaska Energy Metals Corporation. As a founder of predecessor company Millrock Resources, he led the team that built a successful "Project Generator" company that attracted in excess of US$50 million in capital from major mining companies, junior explorers, and investors over a 15-year span. Previously with INCO Ltd., Mr. Beischer is highly knowledgeable on the geology of magmatic nickel-copper-platinum deposits. Also, Mr. Beischer had a period of work with the Bristol Bay Native Corporation, where he forged connections across Alaska. He is a geologist and mining engineering technologist, having graduated from Laurentian University (1987), Sudbury, Ontario, and the Haileybury School of Mines (1981), Haileybury, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Beischer is a certified professional geologist (#10505) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Mr. Beischer is the past President of the Alaska Miner's Association, sits on the Board of Alaska's Resource Development Corporation, and serves on the Alaska Minerals Commission. He lives in Anchorage, Alaska.

Janice Davies - Secretary

Ms. Davies is a highly experienced corporate secretary, having worked in office administration for more than 30 years. She obtained a diploma from the Sir George Williams University in Quebec as a business stenographer in 1974. She has extensive experience with mineral exploration and development companies and brings a broad knowledge of the public company mining sector, as well as strong office management skills and excellent corporate communications. Ms. Davies is a self-employed consultant and acts as an officer of several publicly traded companies listed on the Exchange.

Kyle Negri

Mr. Negri is an Alaskan geologist with more than 15 years of experience. Since receiving his education in Geology from the University of Alaska in 2010, he has grown through the ranks to become an accomplished director of field operations. Mr. Negri is experienced in planning and executing logistically challenging drilling campaigns and managing diverse teams that deliver exploration results. Through his extensive field experience, Mr. Negri has developed a wealth of practical exploration and mineral deposit knowledge. He is expert with data management, quality-assurance quality-control procedures, as well as computer targeting and modeling. Mr. Negri is a certified professional geologist (#12191) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists.

Larry J. Cooper

Larry Cooper is a finance executive with deep experience in commercial banking and corporate finance. Mr. Cooper is currently the CFO of Tanadgusix Corporation and held the position of CFO at Ukpeaġvik Inupiat Corporation. He spent 27 years with National Bank of Alaska and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., where he was Senior Vice President and Manager of the Commercial Banking group. Mr. Cooper is a graduate of the University of Iowa, University of Washington's Pacific Coast Banking School and College of Financial Planning. As an independent consultant, he worked with a number of diverse companies primarily in the areas of management, finance, treasury, accounting conversions, and business development. Mr. Cooper served for many years as a Director of the Alaska Miners Association, the Alaska State Chamber of Commerce, Department of Commerce's Alaska Export Council, and Alaska Resource Education. A long time Alaska resident, he presently resides in New Mexico.

Mark Begich

Mark Begich is a seasoned entrepreneur and public servant who brings a wealth of experience to the realm of business growth strategy. Serving as the mayor of Anchorage for six years and representing Alaska in the U.S. Senate from 2009 to 2015, Begich is recognized for his collegiality and solutions-oriented governance, in addition to his ability to navigate through times of crisis. Peter J. Chilibeck

Mr. Chilibeck graduated from Queen's University Law School (Kingston, Ontario) in 1983 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985. He practiced law with Goodmans LLP in Toronto, and subsequently served as Legal Counsel & Assistant Secretary of Falconbridge Limited, as Assistant General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Northern Telecom Limited, and Senior Vice President & General Counsel of IMAX Corporation. Since 1999, he has been Managing Director and Senior Vice President & General Counsel of Llewellin Capital, Inc. During this time, he has practiced securities law, and played a key role in numerous financings and mergers & acquisitions. He has served as Chair of Lakefront Utility Services Inc., Vice Chair of the Town of Cobourg Holdings Inc., a Director of the Ontario Municipal Water Association, and a member of the Facilities & Campus Development Committee of Northumberland Hills Hospital, and the Cramahe Township Land Division Committee.

Traci Hartz

Ms. Hartz is an experienced and dedicated landwoman and administrative professional native to Alaska. She began her career in mining with Alaska Energy Metals Corporation's predecessor, Millrock Resources Inc., in 2011. Ms. Hartz has risen rapidly to become an expert in mineral land management and is well-versed in legal contracts. She ably handles all matters relating to tenure management, service contracts, employment, human resources, and office management. Ms. Hartz is actively involved in multiple committees with the Alaska Miners Association and is a member of the Alaska Association of Professional Landmen.

Tyron Breytenbach

Mr. Breytenbach is a former equity analyst at Cormark Securities and Stifel Canada where he interacted extensively with the international investment community. Prior to joining Aris Mining in 2022, Mr. Breytenbach was a Managing Director in the investment banking group at Canada's largest employee-owned dealer - Cormark. Prior to entering capital markets, Mr. Breytenbach spent a decade in the mining industry as a geologist where he specialized in exploration, resource estimation and grade control. Mr. Breytenbach holds a BSc (Honours) Degree from Rand Afrikaans University in South Africa and is a designated P.Geo. He started his career under the Anglo Platinum Scholarship Program and has extensive experience in the Bushveld Intrusive Complex (the largest repository of magmatic ore deposits globally).
