In 2022, after seven years of building and growing my first successful firm, and filled with the same entrepreneurial spirit as my clients, I launched Conley Law... I co-founded the National Cannabis Bar Association in 2015 because I saw a need to connect with other cannabis industry lawyers to provide clients with the best in diverse, ethical, and advanced legal services to this rapidly growing and changing industry. With the incredible amount of interest in cross-border transactions and membership from colleagues abroad, we evolved into the International Cannabis Bar Association (INCBA) to serve local, state, national, and international practices across the globe, and serve as a leading resource for cannabis law, education, and community. Today, we are proud to support over 800 attorney members worldwide... I'm an intellectual property attorney who also advises on advertising compliance and provides general transactional legal services.
