Born and raised in Naples, Italy, Mario & Francesco Bosfa moved to New York City in 2014, with a dream of creating a bright and prosperous future for themselves and their family. In July 2020, after six years of dedication and commitment to that dream, they opened Bosfa Italian Restaurant in Old Tappan, New Jersey... Mario Bosfa is the discerning chef and food lover at the heart of the Bosfa kitchen. Mario has developed and refined his skills throughout his culinary journey, and loves sharing his Neapolitan inspired cuisine with the local community here in New Jersey.
