Alan is a founder Partner and the Deputy Head of Bridgepoint Development Capital. Based in London, his responsibilities for BDC include both the UK and oversight of Spain. He sits on the BDC Board, the Operating Committee and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee.
He joined Bridgepoint in 1996.
Alan is currently a board member of Analysys Mason, Monica Vinader and Prescient Healthcare Group. He has led a broad range of transactions including public-to-private and serial international buy-and-build investments.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he worked for Deloitte (formerly Arthur Andersen) in their corporate finance team.
Alan has a degree in Finance from Birmingham University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Alastair joined Bridgepoint in 1984 and is a Senior Partner, having previously been Deputy Managing Partner and a member of the Operating Committee, responsible for business development.
He has over thirty-five years of private equity experience in Europe, the USA and Asia and currently sits on the boards of PEI and Elgin. His earlier roles at Bridgepoint included leadership of the UK and German businesses as well as a two year secondment to a US based venture capital firm.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he was at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Alastair is a Chartered Accountant and has degrees in Accountancy, Law & Economics from Cardiff University, and Creative Writing & Theatre Studies from Roehampton University. He is a member of the governing Council of Cardiff University and chairs its Policy and Resources Committee.

Alessandro holds an MA in Finance from HEC Paris and a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University.
Alexandre is Head of Banking and Financing activities within BDC. In addition, he is a member of BDC's Healthcare and Life Science practice. Alexandre joined the Firm in 2020.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Alexandre was a Managing Director at EQT Credit leading debt transactions with a focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences. Before this, he was a member of JP Morgan's Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team in London.
Alexandre holds an MA (Hons.) in Management from the University of St Andrews.

Andrew is a Partner within Bridgepoint Credit and joined the Firm in 2020 from EQT Credit which was acquired by Bridgepoint in 2020.
Prior to joining EQT in 2014, he worked for DC Advisory in their European Restructuring and Debt Advisory Group, during which he spent three years based in Frankfurt office, where he advised a large number of stakeholders on special situations (balance sheet restructurings) and healthy refinancing transactions across numerous jurisdictions. Prior to this Andrew, worked for Houlihan Lokey in their Financial Restructuring Group in London.
Andrew has a BA with honours in Economics and Politics from Newcastle University.

Andrew is a Partner and Head of Bridgepoint North America, while also serving as a member of the firm's Executive Committee and management board of the Bridgepoint Europe equity fund. He currently serves on the boards of prominent companies in which Bridgepoint has made investments such as Humanetics, Sun World, and Kyriba.
Andrew has led numerous investments across a wide variety of businesses during the span of his 25 year trans-Atlantic investing career. Prior to joining Bridgepoint in 2017, he was a partner at the international private equity firm Rhone Capital and based in Paris and London from 1999 to 2011.
He currently serves on the board of trustees of his alma mater Colgate University.

She graduated from ESCP and ESSCA business schools.
Annick is an Associate in the London office and a member of the Consumer sector team. She joined Bridgepoint in 2022.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint, she spent two years at Citigroup in the Investment Banking Division where she was part of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications team.

Antoine is a member of the Investor Services team based in Paris. Antoine focuses on investor coverage in French-speaking Europe, Italy, the Middle East and Asia.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he spent 10 years in the Investor Relations team of PAI Partners where he was involved in all fundraisings, co-investments and secondary transactions. Prior to this he worked for the Private Funds Group of Pinebridge Investments, based in London.
