CI Systems was founded in 1977 to commercialize advanced infrared (IR) remote sensing technology. Shortly after the company was founded, CI became the leader in infrared spectroradiometry for remote sensing of the atmosphere, signature analysis and ground truth measurements... CI Systems began developing a fixed Optical Gas Imaging system in 2004, the solution (MetCam) was released and certified in 2021. CI Systems founded the CI Sensing Division in 2022 to focus on commercializing its MetCam solution...
