Jamie Flegg is an executive in the metals & mining sector, with in-depth experience in all three facets of the capital markets: corporate, buy-side and sell-side. Mr. Flegg is currently the founder and President of Arbourview Consulting Corp., which provides capital markets advisory services with a focus on metals & mining. Prior to starting Arbourview Corp, Mr. Flegg was Chief Development Officer at Sigma Lithium, one of the world's largest hard rock lithium producers, overseeing corporate development and investor relations. Prior to his involvement at Sigma, Mr. Flegg was Director, Investment Management at Waterton Global, a leading independent private equity platform focused on the metals & mining sector. At Waterton, Mr. Flegg led deal origination, structuring and execution from initial investment through to exit. Mr. Flegg began his career in Investment Banking with Red Cloud Securities, providing M&A and capital raising advisory services to mining companies. Mr. Flegg is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA degree and a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree from Queen's University.

Mr. Potts brings extensive experience in the public markets, having advised, and served on numerous boards. Over the past six years, he has successfully secured substantial funding for junior exploration companies across Canada. His previous experience includes a significant tenure in the commercial real estate sector, where he was instrumental in fundraising and property management.

Mr. Frank is a Professional Geoscientist registered in the Provinces of Quebec and British Columbia, with over a decade of experience, working primarily in advanced stage exploration focusing on resource expansion, as well as in open pit mining production and technical roles. Mr. Frank is currently Vice-President Exploration for Troilus Gold Copr and previously held senior positions at Copper Mountain Mining Corporation and Thompson Creek Metals Corporation. Kyle has a B.Sc. in Geoscience from Western University in London, Ontario.

Steve Mitchel (Mitch) Wasel is a semi retired executive in the metals & mining sector. He is the former Vice President, Exploration of Golden Star Resources Ltd. ("Golden Star"), a company that was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the NYSE and the Ghana Stock Exchange, prior to being acquired by Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining Co. and Kefei Investment (BVI) Limited on January 28, 2022 pursuant to an arrangement. Mr. Wasel has spent 28 years at Golden Star in various positions of increasing responsibility. He has been working in mineral exploration and production for over 35 years on three continents. Mr. Wasel has extensive exploration experience on Proterozoic terrains on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean including the Guyana Shield, Birimian Shield and Archean terrains in Northern Canada and Brazil. Over 15 million ounces of gold mineral resources that are now world-class mining operations have been successfully delineated by Mr. Wasel and his exploration teams.

Mr. Blatter is currently the Senior Advisor - Strategic Development at Agnico-Eagle. With a career starting in 1999, Blatter has extensive experience in gold and base metals operations, strategic planning, and project development. He led the start-up of the Lapa process plant and participated in technology transfers and acquisitions with various exploration companies. Holding a Bachelor's in Metallurgical Engineering from McGill University, his deep industry knowledge and strategic insight are invaluable assets to Comet Lithium's growth and development.

Mr. Champagne holds a B.B.A. degree from the Université du Québec in Abitibi-Témiscamingue. During the last 20 years, Mr. Champagne's principal occupation has been financial consultant. Mr. Champagne has extensive experience in the mining exploration industry, serving as Chief Financial Officer of Visible Gold Mines Inc. and Fokus Mining Corporation, companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Vincent Cardin-Tremblay is an accomplished geologist who brings extensive national and international experience in exploration and mine geology operating in the Americas and Africa. Mr. Cardin-Tremblay was Vice President, Geology for Nomad Royalty Company prior to its successful sale to Sandstorm Gold. Prior to joining Nomad Royalty Company, he was Vice President, Geological Services at Harte Gold. He worked as Director, Exploration and Geology at Golden Star Resources Inc. and Geology Superintendent at the Rosebel mine in Suriname for IAMGOLD. Mr. Cardin-Tremblay also worked for Freeport-McMoRan, and for Glencore at the Matagami and Raglan mines. He holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Université du Québec à Montréal. He is also a member of the board of directors of l'Association de l'exploration minière du Québec.

Vincent Metcalfe is an accomplished executive with domestic and international experience in the metals and mining sector. Mr. Metcalfe was one of the founders and was the CEO and Chair of the Nomad Royalty Company which was acquired by Sandstorm in August 2022. Prior to his involvement with Nomad Royalty Company, Mr. Metcalfe held a number of officer and senior executive roles with Toronto Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange listed resource companies within the Osisko group of companies. As an executive, he helped several companies advance and develop mining projects. He has extensive shareholder relations and proven experience in capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and financial engineering. Prior to his executive roles, he advised resource clients, in both mergers & acquisitions advisory and financing at large Canadian investment banks for nearly 10 years. In 2023, Vincent was awarded with the YMP Peter Munk award, which recognizes a young mining professional, who over the past year, and during their careers, have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and innovative thinking to provide value for their companies and shareholders.
