Kiron has over 20 years of operational and board level experience within the print and digital media sector and in his role as CEO and Founder of B2e Media Ltd, drives the future strategy and growth of the business.
With a background in creating and implementing high growth strategies, business turnarounds and driving significant change management & transformation within large teams from grass roots to board level, Kiron is deeply passionate about team culture, diversity & inclusivity within the company.
He is married with two young children and outside of work loves nothing more than spending time with family and friends, cooking (and eating) some amazing food, playing board games and enjoying great conversation.
Tracey has many years of marketing experience in all fields, working with global companies on large branding, website, SEO, and digital projects.
In past positions she has worked with Ed Stafford, Charley Boorman and even Ewan McGregor on TV programmes for The Discovery Channel and the BBC.
Having spent many years living and working overseas, she now enjoys spending time at home with her husband and their three dogs.
