CSSC Hua Hai Marine Co.,Ltd (hereinafter called as "CSSC Huahai"), was established in 1986 as part of the CSSC- Shipbuilding Group and the business scope includes the research & development, design, manufacturing, sales and services for hatch covers, RoRo equipments, lashing systems and windlass / mooring winches. The company is based in Shanghai and enjoys an outstanding market reputation in China... Our mission is to promote CSSC Huahai and the brand name "HUAHAI" to the International shipping and shipbuilding markets. We are looking forward to cooperate with You!... In June 1998,CSSC Huahai established the Joint Venture "TTS Huahai" with TTS Marine AB (now part of MacGregor). The JV developed business in China with brand and IP of TTS (former Kvaerner and Hamworthy) and was dissolved end of 2021. Since then, CSSC Huahai has continued as an independent maker under its own brand name "HUAHAI".
