Darreth Wheeler

  • Director of First Impressions
As Fortiv's Director of First Impressions, Darreth Wheeler serves as the face and voice that greets clients, both in-office and by phone. In addition, she also manages an assortment of office-related and administrative tasks for the firm. Prior to joining the Fortiv team, Darreth worked in a variety of different positions, most recently as a Project Administrator in a Human Resources Management Consulting firm. Additionally, she has also had the opportunity to serve the community as both a paralegal for the Seminole County Legal Aid Society and as a 911 Emergency Dispatcher for a local fire department for 15 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and is currently taking the final classes for a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and settling in with a good book.

David Maze

Job Titles:
  • Director of Research and Wealth Advisory Operations
At Fortiv, David Maze holds the position of Operations Manager, which has him reviewing budgetary information, monitoring expense reports, and streamlining the company's operational system, processes, and policies. Before he began his career at Fortiv, David worked as a trade specialist for the Bank of New York Mellon from 2012-2014. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, and in his spare time he enjoys exercising.

Judy McDaniel

  • Senior Benefits Analyst
An Account Manager and Analyst for Fortiv, Judy McDaniel's goal is to provide support for clients while simultaneously giving them education and guidance regarding benefits and compliance. Using her background in HR and Operations, she analyzes each group's benefit needs and the financial objectives of the company, all with the goal of finding insurance options for each group. As every group has unique needs, she finds it fulfilling to source solutions that fit each company. Before joining the Fortiv team, Judy spent 39 years in HR and Operations at a large, international corporation. She earned her Bachelor of Sciences in Business Education from the University of Central Florida. In her spare time, Judy enjoys spending time with her family, and her perfect day would be sitting on the beach with a good book and people watching.

Leysha Lopez Gonzalez

Job Titles:
  • Client Care Manager
In her role as Client Care Manager at Fortiv, Leysha Lopez assists Christina Pinto with administrative tasks; everything from updating clients' personal records and implementing and managing in-house procedures to assisting clients with appropriate paperwork. With her previous experience in social and legal work, she is adept at using her organizational skills and critical thinking to communicate effectively with clients. In addition, Leysha also works alongside Christina to find articles and other resources that can be used to further client education. Leysha has a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to new places and trying different restaurants with family and friends.

Lisa Moreno-Haramboure

Lisa is a native of Central Florida. She is married to Fred and has two wonderful children, Freddy and Angie, who are her pride and joy. When she is not attending to all her clients, she is taking long walks with her husband and Lola, her goldendoodle. Lisa loves to open her home to family and friends and cook different Cuban dishes-a favorite of which is her famous paella.

Miriam Moreno

An indispensable administrator, Miriam's savvy handling of the general management and administration of MPC and its personnel, including recordkeeping and licensing and handling of regulatory communications, enables the Fortiv team to remain client focused. The insurance industry has long been a part of Miriam's life: her father owned an insurance agency in Cuba, and Miriam herself began working at insurance companies shortly after graduating from business school. As a result, she is deeply familiar with the intricacies of this profession, and her experience plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations at Fortiv. Miriam enjoys working with her children Tony and Lisa, both of whom are partners in this family-founded firm. In her spare time, she liked reading, walking, spending time with her family (particularly when they gather for Suday dinners), and partaking in a Bible Study with her friends.

Renee Hoegler

A Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) for Fortiv, Renee Hoegler is responsible for assisting Tony with all aspects of financial planning, compliance and insurance. She serves as client services manager and life insurance case manager, and takes pride in providing client services. Renee has worked in various organizations in the financial services industry, including Lincoln Financial Advisors in Cincinnati, Ohio and has been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. In 1999, Renee received her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) designation from the College for Financial Planning, giving her insight into the financial planning process, including estate planning. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance from the State University of New York at Oswego. She holds her Life, Health and Annuity Insurance License. Renee lives in Oviedo with her 2 dogs and is a classic car enthusiast.

As an Account Manager for Fortiv, Renee Holder's role consists of reviewing benefits with employees, processing enrollments and terminations, assisting with claims, auditing client invoices, and showing up onsite for clients' open enrollments. Before stepping into her current position, she worked as a graphic designer for twenty years. Renee holds a BA in Finance from UCF. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at home, watching sports with her husband.

Vivian Gonzalez

Vivian Gonzales works as the Account Manager for Fortiv's Employee Benefits branch. Prior to her position at Fortiv, she worked in customer service for the banking and airline industries, giving her a wealth of experience in creating an accommodating and welcoming environment for clients. Vivian received a BA in General Management Communications, and currently holds both Notary Public and Insurance Agent licenses, and is currently licensed in Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life, and Variable Annuities 215.
