Fumizen is a popular restaurant in Tokyo located in New Otani Hotel serving high-quality tonkatsu and other traditional Japanese dishes. For over 40 years, Fumizen has mastered the art of Tonkatsu making them the favorite of prime ministers and celebrities ever since... We make every effort to maintain high-quality Japanese cuisine and tonkatsu, of which we are proud. We carefully examine local ingredients, and when necessary in order to maintain cuisine quality, we create systems to provide ingredients from japan and neighboring countries... Fumizen opened its doors in Manila last December 2019 bringing in the artisan spirit that has since made its original franchise famous. Fumizen utilizes traditional tonkatsu cooking methods with modern twist such as the addition of truffle salt to truly enhance the flavor.
