The Goh Chok Tong Enable Fund (GCTEF) supports persons with disabilities through 3As: providing financial Aid, supporting Aspirations and giving Awards to recognise the achievements and potential of persons with disabilities. Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong is the Patron of the fund... Only persons with disabilities who are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents of Singapore are eligible to receive funding from GCTEF. We work closely with organisations such as schools, social service agencies and hospitals to assess and assist potential beneficiaries... "I initiated the Goh Chok Tong Enable Fund in 2016 to bring about a caring and compassionate Singapore, or in my words, a kinder and gentler Singapore. The GCTEF helps persons with disabilities lead active and productive lives. Our vision is to change society's perception of them, from seeing only their disabilities to recognising their abilities, promise and achievements.
