Her practice also includes addressing sophisticated tax issues. Amy is involved in her local community through her volunteer work, with a particular focus on serving children and teens in the foster care system. Prior to attending law school, Amy was an elementary school teacher with the Garland Independent School District.

Carolina Balderas

Carolina provides high level of support to our legal team, including research, client intake, accounts receivable and billing, and proofreading, as well as general administrative support work. She also assists with firm administration. Carolina is actively involved on the media team in her church. She also spends her time volunteering at Lumin East Dallas Community School. Prior to joining Mendrygal Law, Carolina was a project manager in the supply chain field.
