Andrew Harvey is Chair of the Professional Conduct Committee and the Health Committee
Andrew's professional experience is in governance, communications, leadership and change management, across a range of sectors including government, regulatory bodies, not-for-profit, professional services and passenger transport.
He is a non-executive director at the Civil Nuclear Police Authority; he is also a non-executive director of the Cost Lawyer Standards Board, the statutory regulator for costs lawyers in England and Wales, where he chairs the Remuneration Committee. At Registers of Scotland (Scottish Parliament's land and legal documents registry), he is a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. He chairs the Remuneration Committee at the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
Andrew sits as a specialist member of the First Tier Tribunal in the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber.
He chairs Fitness to Practise panels at the Nursing and Midwifery Council, is Deputy Chair of the Investigating Committee of the General Pharmaceutical Council and a tribunal member of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal in Ireland
Andrew's past experience includes a ten-year term on the board of the European Marketing Confederation (the association of marketing professional bodies across Europe) including five years as Chair, as well as two terms (one as Chair) on the Board of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Until 2021, he was a member of the Board of the Independent Office for Police Conduct.

Matthew Redford holds the formal post of ‘Registrar' set out in the Osteopaths Act. As well as these duties he is an accountant and leads the SMT and staff team, and is accountable to the GOsC Council for the delivery of the Corporate Strategy, Business Plan and Budget. He also leads on a number of important corporate activities including: governance and reporting; equality and diversity; and data protection.

Sheleen McCormack leads the fitness to practise department and is responsible for overseeing the management of the GOsC's fitness to practise function and protection of title processes. Sheleen is a barrister and also acts as general counsel dealing with all legal matters including appeals, data protection, freedom of information and drafting of legislation. Sheleen currently sits as a chair on fitness to practise panels for another healthcare regulator and acts as an Independent Reviewer for a professional regulator.
