Caroline N. Johnson

Caroline N. Johnson is a founding partner of Johnson Ritchey Family Law, focusing her practice on family law matters. Caroline thrives in litigious matters, aggressively advocating for her clients and their families. Caroline began her career as an Assistant State Attorney where she was the lead counsel in over 50 jury trials and tried numerous non-jury trials as well. In 2008, she switched to the private practice of law, where she has used the extensive courtroom experience she gained at the State Attorney's Office in the area of civil litigation and family law matters. While Caroline recognizes some family law matters are appropriate for the litigation process, she believes strongly that many families can benefit from a less adversarial approach to their case. Caroline helps her clients evaluate the different options available for resolving their family law matters and pick the one that is best for each client's unique family. Ms. Johnson is collaboratively trained. A Florida Atlantic University Alumni, Caroline went on to attend the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, receiving her Juris Doctor degree in 2006. Caroline volunteers at St. Jude School and most recently participated as a dancer in Boca's Ballroom Battle, an event that supports the George Snow Scholarship Fund. Lastly, Caroline is a proud member of Boca Chamber Leads Group #1.

Christen Ritchey

Christen Ritchey is a founding partner of Johnson Ritchey Family Law in Boca Raton. The firm focuses on family law matters and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for their clients and their families. Christen especially enjoys facilitating mediation and working with cases that are engaged in the Collaborative Process. Christen is honored to serve in several Collaboratively-focused associations, most recently as the President of the South Palm Beach Collaborative Law Group and the Vice President of the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Additionally, Christen contributes her leadership skills to the Women's Executive Club of Boca Raton, the Peter Blum Family YMCA, and the School Advisory Committee at J.C. Mitchell Elementary School. Her dedication to the city continues as she serves on the Planning & Zoning Board for the City of Boca Raton. Recognized for her commitment to the community, Christen was nominated for the Women of Distinction Award by Soroptimist in 2019 and the Woman Volunteer of the Year by the Junior League of Boca Raton in 2022. Christen is a member of the 2024 class of Leadership Boca and Johnson Ritchey Family Law is a proud trustee of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. Christen has been a resident of Boca Raton since 1985. She received her Juris Doctor degree with honors from the Levin College of Law at University of Florida in 2005.

Karen Pollock

Karen Pollock focuses her practice on family law matters. Karen graduated from Syracuse University, Newhouse School of Communications, magna cum laude in 1991. She then attended University of Miami School of Law, receiving her J.D. in 1994.

Luz Mclean

Luz McLean focuses her practice on family law matters. She graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She then received her JD from Barry University School of Law where she completed a CLI representing children in a variety of juvenile delinquency cases.

Marissa Gart
