Called at 9am to make an appointment because one of my wisdom teeth broke they got me in at 10am. Asked me if I wanted to go ahead and have all 4 wisdom teeth removed, as well as several fillings & a cleaning. So I did & I was VERY pleased with how well it went. All the girls were so friendly! Dr. Neale was so amazing & they made sure I was comfortable for the entire thing.
I've never like going to dentist, but I've always liked this visits here. The new dentist lady I saw yesterday was absolutely amazing. She was in and out quickly. Completely pain free extraction. Made me feel so comfortable. Thank you all so much for the excellent service
This is the ONLY dentist I will ever take my daughters to. The entire staff has made dental visits no longer traumatized for my girls. Dr. Neale, himself has stopped working on other clients and made sure that when my girls were on the verge of having a meltdown, that they were able to get back down to their normal breathing and sweet hearted natures. Everyone in his office and on his staff, from the moment you Walk into the office, take their own time and special approach all to assure you of the best, care possible, without the fear, trauma, and brutal methods alot of other dentist s use to " manage" small children. The members of Blackwell dentistry actually do care about each and every patient they see, and I am grateful my girls are no longer fearful or having panic attacks when I inform them that their visit is due. Thank you guys so much for the time, patience, and care you give us each and every visit!!
Jessica has been with Blackwell Dentistry as a Dental Assistant since 2020. She attended Advanced Dental Assistant Academy where she received her Dental Assistant Permit, CPR cert., and Radiation and Safety cert. Jessica is also certified in Coronal Polishing, Sealants Application, and will be attending Nitrous Oxide Administration courses in 2022. What Jessica enjoys most about Blackwell Dentistry; "I love the family atmosphere. I love how we all work well together, and that we can be friends outside of work. We have a great boss and management! I also love building relationships with our patients." When not in the office you can find Jessica hanging out with her friends and family, watching scary movies with her children (Noah, Elijah, Jeremiah), shopping, eating out, or making Tik-toks (follow her @jessicahand55).
Jessica attended Advanced Dental Assistant Academy in 2019. She has also attended Cowley County Community College and Northern Oklahoma College. She has been with Blackwell Dentistry since 2019. The things Jessica enjoys most about being a part of Blackwell Dentistry are; the people she works with, the patients, and the friendships she has built. Away from the office, Jessica can be found spending time with her family, shopping, or watching her children play sports. Jessica is happily married to Daniel and they share 3 beautiful children and 1 dog together; Kaylianna, Kaisen, Kaden, and dog Batman.
The people there are tolerant and the hygienist who was looking after mine spoke nicely to my children. They enjoyed it especially David because she put Mr beast on for him
Kailee holds Certifications in Coronal Polishing, CRP, and Radiation and Safety. She has been a Dental Assistant for 7 years and truly loves what she does. Her favorite thing about Blackwell Dentistry is building relationships with the patients and co-workers; she states "they are like family". Outside of Blackwell Dentistry, Kailee can be found spending time with her daughter Myla and their dog Smokey Bones.
The ladies there are professional but they run you through like a piece of meat on a assembly line. The dentist came in behind me and didn't bother to greet me and when he did he looked all of about 12 years old with the bed side manner of a slug, when I showed concern about taking 3 weeks to get my dentures and the high cost he just turned and walked out never to return. I wouldn't let him work on my dogs teeth. I would not recommend them, look around you can find a better deal and by far a better dentist
