Our assessment includes a comprehensive physical, cognitive and psycho-emotional evaluation; and results are interpreted to determine the member's capacity to work in their own or an adapted position, or in an alternative occupation. Our reports include comprehensive recommendations for reasonable accommodations and/or workplace adaptations. Our therapists offer case management and vocational rehabilitation following assessment, should the member be determined well-suited to engage in a rehabilitation process. We offer objective assessments and we provide reports in a timely manner.
