Bobby Hoxworth - Treasurer

Bobby Hoxworth has lived in Texas all of his life and moved to Killeen in 1978. Bobby is the President and Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank Texas. He joined the Bank in 1981 and has held numerous positions with the Bank during his 36-year banking career prior to being named to his current position in 2008. Bobby Hoxworth earned an Associate in Applied Science degree from Central Texas College and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Bobby received his Master of Business Administration degree from Baylor University in 2001. Bobby Hoxworth is a former two-term councilmember for the City of Harker Heights (2003-2009) and in his capacity as a Councilmember for Harker Heights, served as Mayor Pro-Tem and as the City's appointee to the Board of Directors of the Central Texas Council of Governments (CTCOG). Bobby has also served the Central Texas community as Chairman of the Board of the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce, President of the Killeen-Heights Rotary Club, President of the Killeen ISD Education Foundation, Chairman of the Texas A&M University Central Texas Foundation, Chairman of the Better Business Bureau serving the Heart of Texas, President of the Central Texas Fort Hood Chapter of the Association of the United States Army, and as Treasurer of the Killeen Business League. Bobby serves on the Board of the Texas Bankers Association as its Treasurer and his current community involvement includes serving on the President's Regional Advisory Council of Texas A&M University Central Texas and as Treasurer of the Killeen Economic Development Corporation. He also continues to serve on the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of the Heart of Texas, as a Life Member of the Central Texas Fort Hood Chapter of the Association of the United States Army and as a member of the Killeen-Heights Rotary Club. In 2013, Bobby Hoxworth was honored by the Killeen Independent School District as a Distinguished Alumni. Bobby has been married to his wife Pat for 33 years and they make their home in Belton, Texas with their two wiener dogs Beasley and Darbey.

Debbie Nash-King

Debbie Ann Nash-King is a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. After completing high school, she attended the University of Arkansas, Pine Bluff where she received a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. After being commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army, she attended the Medical Services Corp Officer's course and completed her military tour as the Fort Hood Dental Clinic's company commander. Upon leaving the Army, she immediately entered graduate school and earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Tarleton State University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. She is also an ordained minister. Following her service to her country, Ms. Nash-King attended Leadership Killeen and became heavily involved in another kind of service, volunteering wholehearted on behalf of a variety of important causes. She has served as vice president of Killeen's National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), secretary of Killeen Volunteers, Inc., and board member of KISD Education Foundation. Ms. Nash-King currently serves as a member of Harker Heights Rotary Club, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Killeen Sister Cities, Osan Korean Committee (Public Relation Chair), Killeen Branch NAACP, League of United Latin American Citizens 4535 (Board Member), Hispanic-American Chamber of Commerce Central Texas, Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce, Military Officers Association of America, Veterans Helping Veterans, Women's Army Corps Veterans Association Genevieve Chapter 94, Central Texas Fort Hood Chapter AUSA Board of Governors and Area Veterans Advisory Committee (Co-Chair). She is a recipient of the 2019 Girl Scouts Women of Distinction Award. Ms. Nash-King has worked as a site director for Communities in Schools, Family Readiness Assistant for 1 st BDE, 1 st Calvary Division and a Veteran Representative for Texas Veterans Commission. Debbie lives in Killeen, Texas. She currently works on Fort Hood, Texas as a Career Counselor and she is currently serving on the City of Killeen Council as Mayor Pro Tem, District 2. She was married to the late CSM Retired Elijah King, Jr., and she has one daughter, Elizabeth, who is a senior at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

John Crutchfield III

John Crutchfield is the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce (GKCC) President/CEO and also serves as Executive Director to the Killeen Economic Development Corporation and Killeen Industrial Foundation. He graduated from Texas A&M University. Crutchfield spent twenty-four years as a public utility executive in an investor-owned electric utility in south Texas. Following that, he built and operated a high speed, fiber optic network in Corpus Christi to provide local and long distance service for a competitive local telecommunications company. Crutchfield served as President and CEO of the Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce and was selected as Chamber Executive of the Year by the Texas Association of Business in 2002. He has served as President/CEO of the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce since September 2004. He is responsible for community and economic development in one of the fastest growing communities in the United States. He served as founding director of the South Texas Spaceport Consortium, a non-profit regional collaborative focused on commercialized space opportunities. He also served as a founding director of the Cross Border Institute for Regional Development, a bi-national collaborative focused on developing the economies of south Texas and northern Mexico. In addition, he has served on the board of directors of the Border Trade Alliance, a tri-national organization focused on trade between the U.S., Canada and Mexico, the Texas Association of Business, the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives Association, the Texas Economic Development Council. He has also served at the president of the Fort Hood -Central Texas Chapter of the Association of the U.S. Army. And, he has been named a Fort Hood Good Neighbor. He, and his wife Sheila, have four grown daughters and four grandchildren.

Karl K. Green

Karl K. Green is responsible for directing and managing the corporate affairs in the Western portion of the KRT, Killeen-Round Rock-Temple District, which includes 8 cities for Oncor. Major responsibilities include: Administering day to day external company operations such as media relations, transmission/distribution line construction project public relations, rate cases, franchise negotiations, legislative issues, and customer escalated issue resolution. Promoting economic development for new and existing business in the district. Advancing positive company community relations by serving as the "go to" authority on electric utility matters, and by participating on key boards/commissions in Area communities. In his 32 years with Oncor Karl spent 7 years working in accounting in Temple and Belton. Karl also worked 9 years in the Waco Customer Information Center as a lead specialist and a phone representative supervisor. Most recently Karl worked as a Distribution Service Advisor in Killeen and Temple. Karl has been involved with various community and civic organizations. Karl and his wife Diane have two children, Lauren and Lance. Karl enjoys motorcycle riding, fishing, cooking, and camping.
