Kathy has more than 20 years of Church, non-profit, and corporate accounting experience. She currently serves as an active corporate treasurer and accountant for a homeless ministry and local church. She has experience guiding start-up and launch teams including establishing 501(c)(3) and other tax exempt status, as well as creating all of the necessary documents and forms.
Kathy has experience with establishing best-in-class accounting practices, guidelines, and the application of law as it applies to non-profit organizations. She has set up accounting teams with transparency, accountability, and best practices. She has technical experience with various accounting software including MAS90, QuickBooks, and Quicken. She is also experienced with platforms such as Secure Give, Fellowship-One, Tithe-ly, Planning Center, and more.
Kathy holds an AA Degree in Accounting.
Stoney has more than 30 years of Business Operational Management experience with more than 10 years working in Executive Management. He has extensive experience managing annual operating budgets of more than $15M. He has held leadership roles including Director of Operations, Executive Pastor, and Project Manager on a $10M building project. He has held key positions in both Church plants & non-profit ministry plants.
Stoney is the Co-Founder of a 501(c)(3) homeless / low income ministry serving more than 200 people each Saturday, meeting both physical and spiritual needs at two locations in San Antonio, Texas. He is also the Founder of a non-profit consulting company helping both existing & new Church plants with the start-up process as well as helping to resolve organizational, strategic, & operational issues. Additionally, he is the Co-Founder of a Church plant in San Antonio, Texas that is actively growing.
