Dr. Kiara Garcia

Dr. Kiara Garcia was born and raised in Miami, FL. She dreamt of becoming a dentist from a very young age and began her journey by attending Miami Lakes Educational Center, earning her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification. Dr. Garcia then moved to Orlando, FL and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and minor in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida. Her years spent at UCF are very dear to her heart since this is where her passion for dentistry and leadership came together as one. Dr. Garcia held multiple leadership roles including President of UCF's Pre-dental Student Association (PDSA). During her presidency, she co-founded a scholarship to help pre-dental students attend the American Student Dental Association's Leadership Conference. In addition, during her term as president, the PDSA received recognition as "Organization of the Year" out of 250 organizations at UCF. Dr. Garcia received the National Conference Scholarship from the Dental Society of Greater Orlando and was honored with "Volunteer of the Year" and "Officer of the Year" awards. One of the highlights during her time at UCF was meeting her fiancé, Rick, an aspiring dentist like herself.

Dr. Pamela Galarza

Dr. Galarza was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. She graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science degree Majoring in Biology. She then attended Midwestern University of Arizona where she earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine. At MWU, Dr. Galarza served as the Vice President of the Midwestern Dental Laser Association. She grew her passion for dentistry as she excelled in her skill set. Dr. Galarza received awards for her exceptional CAD/CAM performances, specifically with crown and bridge. During her free time in Arizona, she enjoyed hiking and exploring new trails. Although Dr. Galarza loved being in the valley, she ultimately made the decision to move back to central Florida in order to be closer to her family. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Galarza enjoys spending time with her husband Chris, daughter Emma, son Liam, and her rescue dog Zara.

Dr. Talita Sizemore

Dr. Talita Sizemore was born and raised in Orlando, FL. She is a University of Central Florida alumni with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. Dr. Talita Sizemore then followed her passion to pursue dentistry at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Arizona earning her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. She trained in general dentistry, implantology, endodontics, laser dentistry, Invisalign, and CAD/CAM. Dr. Sizemore attended advanced dental seminars at Spear Institute to further her education in implants and general dentistry. She loves to educate her patients on maintaining a healthy, beautiful smile. Dr. Talita Sizemore is currently serving our country as a dentist in the Florida Army National Guard at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center. She's a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists and the Academy of General Dentistry. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Sizemore enjoys spending time with her 2 rescue dogs Cali and Duke. She is an animal lover, enjoys creating acrylic paintings and catching up on the latest dental research.

Dr. Timothy J. Pruett

Dr. Pruett grew up in Lake County, Florida, graduating from Mt. Dora High School. He then attended Marshall University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree Majoring in Chemistry, while also playing football for the Thundering Herd. Dr. Pruett went on to complete his Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. During his time at UFCD, Dr. Pruett received awards for outstanding performance in the science of Occlusion and Temporomandibular Joint Function, Dental Implantology, Leadership and Professional Conduct, Dental Laboratory Technology and Patient Care in Prosthodontics. While in private practice Dr. Pruett has continued his educational commitment to comprehensive dental care by training at the prestigious Pankey Institute, completing their entire series of advanced continuums. These courses include the foundational concepts of a comprehensive exam process, the study of Occlusion for the functional fitment of opposing teeth, the TemporoMandibular Joints (TMJ) including variations in joint anatomy and movement, Facial Musculature as it relates to chewing and function, Patient Management with an emphasis on relationship building and anxiety management, and dental Aesthetic principles that emphasize natural beauty. Dr. Pruett is a member of the Lake County Dental Society, Central Florida District Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, Fellow of the American College of Dentists, and Fellow of the International College of Dentists. Dr. Pruett has represented the Lake County Dental Society as a Delegate to the Florida Dental Association House of Delegates, participated on various FDA committees for the betterment of the dental profession, completed the FDA leadership program and served as president of the Central Florida District Dental Association, encompassing Alachua, Brevard, Orange, Lake, Marion, Volusia, and Flagler Counties. Dr. Pruett has contributed dental insight for numerous national publications to include Yahoo News, Live Science, Medical Daily, News Medical, MSN, Prevention Magazine, SELF Magazine, Bustle, The Bump, and Huffington Post.

Elizabeth Morris

Liz started as a Certified Dental Assistant after graduating from Palm Beach Junior College in 1984; she began as a dental assistant with our practice a year later. Liz then advanced her career as a Registered Dental Hygienist when she graduated from Valencia Community College Dental Hygiene School in 1992. Liz began working with Dr. Pruett in 2004 when he started practicing. Liz enjoys her community service contributions including participating annually in the Night to Shine events, serving with the Baptist mobile dental bus as well as a previous member of the Eustis Service League. Liz grew up in the Bahamas, loves spending time with her husband and two daughters, cooking and time at the beach.

Kehlsey Jensen

Kehlsey is our Lab Director and began her career as a Dental Technician in Washington State in 2011. She attended school in Seattle and jumped straight into working in the Dental Laboratory Industry. Kehlsey found her true passion for restoring smiles and chose to advance her skills and career in 2022 by gaining certification from the National Association of Dental Laboratories in Tallahassee Florida. Shortly following, Kehlsey and her family decided to move across the country to sunny Florida and join the team at Lakeview Comprehensive Dentistry. Since she was a child, Kehlsey has always been drawn to people's smiles and has a genuine love for dentistry. Being an art lover as well, she found a way to blend the two fields together. "Creating new smiles for patients is a great privilege I get to experience every day. This is life-changing for many and I consider it an honor to be a part of that experience for our patients. I enjoy sharing the true joy of a new smile with patients as well."When she is not in the lab, Kehlsey loves spending leisure time with her family and friends and loving on her animals at home.

Leslie Spuler

Leslie began her career as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2005 and started with our practice shortly after graduating. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee then moved to Florida where she attended Valencia College Dental Hygiene School. Leslie worked at her stepfather's dental practice in high school, which influenced her decision to become a dental hygienist. She strives to provide outstanding patient care and truly enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level. Leslie enjoys exercising, country music, lake activities, snow skiing, and most importantly, spending time with her husband, family and friends.

Mandy Spence

Mandy is our Patient Care Director and she is ready to answer all your questions about your dental treatment. She is here to review treatment options and explain available financing. Mandy began her career in dentistry in 1999 as an expanded functions dental assistant. She received her dental assisting training in Dallas, Texas, where she graduated with honors. With over 20 years of chair side assisting experience, Mandy enjoys interacting with patients and making sure all of their needs are met. She not only has a passion for the dental field but a great big heart for her patients!

Olivia Maxwell

Olivia is our Clinical Care Director. She was born in Wichita, Kansas and moved to Florida in 1986. Olivia graduated from Mount Dora High School in 1994, then attended Daytona Beach College where she received her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Certification. She started her career with Lakeview Dentistry in 2006 and has now been chairside assisting for over 20 years. Olivia enjoys getting to know her patients and strives for every patient to receive the absolute highest standard of care. Olivia was a member of Eustis Service League for 10 years and has been serving in various areas at St. Edwards Episcopal Church since 2000. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has two daughters. In her spare time, Olivia loves watching football, taking vacations and spending time with her family and friends.

Sarah Savage

Sarah began her career as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1992 when she graduated from Santa Fe Community College Dental Hygiene School in Gainesville, Florida. Sarah joined our practice in 2011 and has enjoyed providing the highest standard of care to her patients as well as getting to know them personally. In her spare time she loves gardening, the beach, watching Florida Gators football with her husband and two sons and is the Director of Awana children's ministry at her church.
