Bill Fang has more than 30 years of experience in engineering and engineering management, including ASIC design, board design, system design, and engineering team management.
While at Raytheon E-Systems (1985-1996), Bill led a team of engineers in developing the first Fiber Channel-Based (ANSI X3T11) network, which was specifically designed to transfer digital video and data in real time.
In 1996, Bill joined the STB group as the Director of Engineering and led the team into a new technology area of digital video. He developed Enseo's first MPEG decoder products and digital video/graphic overlay cards.
Today, Bill continues to lead the engineering team in developing digital video and graphic products for the professional broadcasting market.
Bill earned his BSEE from the University of Texas at Austin and his MSEE from Southern Methodist University.
Brad Bush - Chief Commercial Officer
David Simpson is primarily responsible for Product and Business Development of Enseo's offerings. He joins Enseo from VideoPropulsion, where he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Broadcast Gateways Division in Saratoga, CA.
Prior to VideoPropulsion, Simpson spent a total of ten years at On Command Corporation, where his final position was that of Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Other positions at On Command included Senior Vice President Engineering & Operations and Vice President Operations.
Before joining On Command Corporation, Simpson founded a company focused on home gateway technology and served on the Texas Technology Council. Earlier Simpson served as Division Manager of Electrospace Systems, Inc. (a $450M Military Electronics Manufacturing subsidiary of Chrysler Corporation) with responsibilities for operations, engineering and business development. Simpson holds a BS Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Kristin Reichert hails from the software technology industry, with more than 15 years of executive financial leadership. Reichert served as CFO of Zimbra, Inc. (formerly Telligent), an integrated suite of email collaboration tools prior to joining Enseo. There, she was responsible for all financial operations, leading the company through several acquisitions while growing Zimbra nearly 500% through international expansion.
Prior to Zimbra, Reichert was the Controller of Skywire Software, a $130 million software company. She presided over the financial aspects of multiple acquisitions and their subsequent integrations. Reichert played an instrumental part in the leveraged buyout of Skywire Software. Before Skywire Software, Reichert worked at Docucorp International and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Reichert obtained bachelor's & master's degrees in accounting from Southern Methodist University.

In Enseo's eighteenth year, the company that Vanessa Ogle founded is recognized by the world's largest hotel groups and leading digital signage networks as the premier provider for in-room entertainment and media solutions.
Vanessa has more than 26 years of operational experience with technology companies, including: business development, marketing, finance, engineering, and program management.
Prior to Enseo, Vanessa served as the Vice President and General Manager of 3dfx Interactive, a publicly traded California Corporation in the business of 3D graphics and entertainment products. In the ten years prior, Vanessa was with STB Systems and held various sales, marketing, and business unit management positions. This publicly traded Texas Corporation focused on the design and manufacture of high-end graphics and video adapters.
Vanessa graduated from the University of Texas at Austin earning her BBA in International Business and Marketing, and a BA in Spanish, specializing in language and culture.
