Greg McDonald, MBA, is the founder and president of Magnum Capital and Real Estate Services, now in its 18 th year. Mr. McDonald's career in commercial real estate spans 25 years, beginning with a tour at Colliers in Minneapolis where he worked as a transactional broker, selling and leasing office space and industrial properties. After he and a colleague completed a large transaction for a well-known non-profit organization, Mr. McDonald moved on to establish Magnum. There he honed his skill in discovering off-market/unlisted commercial real estate properties. Thanks to his CCIM, MBA and training in accounting, Mr. McDonald is uniquely qualified in two crucial areas: Understanding and explaining how a complicated commercial estate transaction can relieve the seller of burdensome tax obligations. Working with buyers to discover investment properties that will have a major beneficial impact on the financial statements of publicly-traded companies. Education Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with double major in marketing and communications from St Cloud University.
