I volunteered for the role of Treasurer as I wanted to help develop the charity. With experience as the Treasurer for my local Air Cadets, a local Railway Preservation group and Folkestone Rescue for the last 10 years, it's a role I feel I can deliver well. I am the Chief Executive of Folkestone Rescue and have been since the charity was formed. I'm also heavily involved with Lions International, having been a member for many years and also have served as our local clubs President for three years and then took on the role of Zone Chairman, responsible for helping the growth of 5 clubs. Now I am regional Chairman overseeing 3 Zone Chairs covering 15 clubs.
