Adam Cramer

Dr. Adam Cramer, PT, DPT, knew he wanted to be a physical therapist-aiding with pain management and sports enhancement training-since playing sports in high school. In 2014, along with wife Courtney, who is a licensed physical therapy assistant, they founded MyoFit Physical Therapy Clinic as an outpatient physical therapy practice that includes orthopedic physical therapy and a myriad of physical services and wellness services, such as dry needling, cold laser therapy, therapeutic massage and weight loss services. In addition to pain management, MyoFit Clinic also address issues such as imbalance and weakness. With clinics in Middlefield, Chardon and Ashtabula, as well as a mobile clinic that brings the therapy to patients' homes when necessary, MyoFit Clinic offers a better level of one-on-one care to patients for the best outcomes.

Albert S.M. Dunn

Albert S.M. Dunn, DO is an orthopaedic surgeon with subspecialty training in sports medicine. Dr. Dunn graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania majoring in biology and achieving membership in Beta-Beta-Beta, the national biological honor society. He obtained his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine also in Erie, Pennsylvania. Academically, Dr. Dunn has contributed multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and lectured in various conference settings. Augustine J. Kellis

Augustine J. Kellis is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship trained oculoplastic surgeon. He is the founder and C.E.O. of Ophthalmology and Oculoplastic Surgery, Inc. located in Chardon, Ohio. Dr. Kellis is a well-respected physician with over twenty-five years in his chosen specialties. He has performed over twenty thousand intraocular procedures and well over one hundred thousand eyelid and facial plastic surgical procedures. Dr. Kellis is the founder of the St. Michael's Eye Program, which provides eye care services to anyone in need at no cost. This program was established twenty-five years ago and has served the needs of thousands of patients in northern Ohio. Recently, Dr. Kellis was honored as the Eagle Vision Award recipient. This award is given by the charity, Sight for All, to the one eye care professional in northern Ohio who has provided the most charitable services over the course of a year. Bryan D. Baillis

Bryan D. Baillis, MD is a fellowship trained dermatologic surgeon and board-certified dermatologist. He is the Mohs Micrographic Surgeon at Trillium Creek Dermatology & Surgery Center. He completed his dermatology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Following completion of his dermatology residency Dr. Baillis completed a Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship under the direction of Joel Cook, MD at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Baillis is extensively trained in Mohs Surgery, reconstructive surgery, complex tumor management, and facial aesthetic procedures. Dr. Baillis was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio where he attended St. Ignatius High School before leaving for his undergraduate and graduate studies.

Dawn Barkan

Dawn Barkan, O.D. received her Doctor of Optometry from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Although primary care is Dr. Barkan's focus, she has a special interest in the patient with contact lenses. She has conducted graduate studies involving contact lenses and has received numerous awards in the fields of rigid and soft contact lenses. Dr. Barkan joined Kellis Eye & Laser Center in 1999. Her practice has grown to include the eye care of numerous families and patients of all ages. She is known throughout the community for her vast experience and warm personality. Prescription reading glasses, computer glasses, driving glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and contact lens fittings are all available through Dr. Barkan at Kellis Eye & Laser Center. Her expertise allows her to fit most patients with contacts, even finding success with difficult cases or those patients who have experienced previous failures. In addition, she actively screens candidates for refractive surgery. Dr. Barkan remains current in the latest research and is an active participant in her professional organizations.

Donald P. Lewis

Donald P. Lewis, Jr., DDS, CFE is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is currently in private practice in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Lewis was born and raised in South Euclid, Ohio and graduated from Charles F. Brush High School. He received his undergraduate BA degree In Chemistry from Valparaiso University in 1972. In 1976 he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, and did his post- graduate Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The University Hospitals of Cleveland from 1977 - 1980. He is also a Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Lewis earned the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Board of Regents of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is highly sought after speaker on the subject of white-collar crime. He has presented seminars to healthcare professionals, accountants and legal professionals across the United States and Canada. Dr. Lewis has been a guest lecturer at Kent State University, Bowling Green University, and Lakeland Community College in the departments of criminology, sociology and business ethics. He has given numerous presentations on all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery and contributed several articles to the surgery literature.

Dr. Bianca Kostranchuk

A Geauga County native, Dr. Bianca Kostranchuk took over the private practice at Chesterland Family Eyecare several years ago because she wanted to be able to foster a caring community culture where patients are treated like family, not "like a number." She says it was important to be able to make her own decisions on things such as which equipment to bring in and how long her appointments should last. Growing up in the area, attending St. Anselm Elementary School, Notre Dame Academy and John Carroll University before earning her Doctor of Optometry degree from Ohio State University, Dr. Kostranchuk said coming back home to set up her practice and raise her family was a priority.

Dr. Keith M. Schneider

Dr. Keith M. Schneider is a Mentor, Ohio native and a proud graduate from the University of Mount Union. He received his Master's degree from the Cleveland State University in conjunction with Case Western Reserve University and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cellular Biology and Virology where he conducted oral bacterial and AIDS research. He went on to pursue his dental degree from the School of Dental Medicine at Case Western Reserve University where his passion for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery flourished. He completed a full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency from the MetroHealth Medical Center and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Throughout his postgraduate training he achieved excellence in several areas of scientific research as well as advanced education courses in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Schneider maintains hospital affiliations with the Lake Health System, University Hospitals of Geauga and Case Medical Center, and Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. He holds a faculty position with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training program at Case Western Reserve University. His professional interests include: dental implantology, dentoalveolar surgery, corrective jaw and facial surgery, trauma reconstruction, and anesthesia. Dr. Paul Vanek

A Fellow of the American Board of Surgery & American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Vanek is a highly trained and experienced plastic surgeon in all areas of plastic surgery, but with specialized skill and experience in breast augmentation, advanced liposuction techniques, facial rejuvenation, laser skin rejuvenation, and skin care. Dr. Vanek earned his Medical Degree with "Distinction in Research" from the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He served as the Chief Surgery Resident at University of Rochester before settling in Northeast Ohio. Dr. Vanek is a philanthropist and humanitarian, and has been honored by the American Red Cross for his relief work in Haiti. He is highly involved in the community, serving as past campaign chairman for United Way, and on various boards and committees. Gene Aiden Johnson

Gene Aidan Johnson, M.D. joined Kellis Eye & Laser Center in August 2009. An Army veteran originally from Massillon, Ohio, Dr. Johnson specializes in general ophthalmology, cataract surgery, and oculoplastic surgery. Utilizing the latest research, Dr. Johnson provides care to his patients in his office and in the operating room. His special interests include: Facial rejuvenation concentrating on the peri-ocular region including blepharoplasty (removal of the extra skin and bulges of the upper and lower eyelids) Correction of ptosis or raising an eyelid that has fallen Correction of eyelid malpositions due to the natural aging process or trauma The diagnosis, treatment and/or reconstruction of skin cancers involving the face and especially the eyelids Botox injections and laser resurfacing for medical and cosmetic purposes. After his residency, Dr. Johnson completed his fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with Dr. Augustine Kellis. Special emphasis was placed on the use of the CO2 laser for not just resurfacing but for complete incisional work. The use of laser technology has greatly decreased the operative time for patients and accelerates the healing process. In 2009, Dr. Johnson received the Case Western Reserve University Professionalism in Ophthalmology Award. Dr. Johnson is board certified in Ophthalmology and in 2012, was elected a Fellow of The American Academy of Ophthalmology.

George J. Kellis

George J. Kellis, M.D. is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in spine surgery and general orthopaedics. Dr. Kellis is a founding partner of Precision Orthopaedic Specialties, Inc., which was established in 1991. A recognized leader in orthopaedics, Dr. Kellis is a fellow of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and the North American Spine Society. He instructs resident physicians in orthopaedics and lectures on advanced techniques in spine surgery. George Kellis was a summa cum laude graduate of Bethany College. He earned his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1984, graduating with honors. His internship and residency were served at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals of Cleveland. Dr. Kellis was a flight surgeon with Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital Life Flight between 1985 and 1988. He completed a one-year microvascular research fellowship at Case Western Reserve University and completed a surgical spine fellowship at the Cleveland Spine and Arthritis Center between 1991 and 1992. Dr. Kellis has obtained numerous awards for his achievements in both clinical and laboratory research. Dr. Kellis treats the complete spectrum of orthopaedic conditions utilizing progressive techniques. He performs the full range of spine surgeries, which includes microdiscectomy, spinal fusions with intervertebral cages and pedicle screws, disc replacement, pain pump implantation, spinal cord stimulators, and kyphoplasty.

Gregory C. Sarkisian

Gregory C. Sarkisian, D.O. is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in the surgical management of orthopaedic conditions and sports related injuries with an emphasis on arthroscopic joint surgery, total joint replacements, fracture care and general orthopaedics. A partner of Precision Orthopaedics, Dr. Sarkisian's extensive knowledge and experience compliment the other specialties in the practice. He is a member of many medical societies including the Geauga Medical Society, the Ohio Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic Board of Osteopathic Surgery. Dr. Sarkisian has lectured to fellow physicians throughout the county and has written articles for orthopaedic medical journals. He is Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center and in the past has served as Vice President of the Medical Staff of that facility. Active both professionally and personally in the community Dr. Sarkisian has volunteered his time as a football and basketball coach for youth programs for many years. Harish Rai

After watching Dr. Korwitts treat many people naturally, Harish decided to become "Doctor of Chiropractor". As he was completing his studies he was introduced to "Acupuncture and Nutrition" for his allergies and sinus infection. Helen M. Torok

Helen M. Torok, MD, is the Medical Director for the Dermatology Center at Trillium Creek. Dr. Torok, a nationally noted, board-certified dermatologist, has been practicing medicine for over 40 years. She is considered an expert both in medical and cosmetic dermatology, earning an excellent reputation in her specialty: diagnosing and treating disorders of the skin, hair, and nails. She is also known for her expertise in fillers, especially lip enhancement, providing volume replacement in cheeks, lips and chin. Dr. Torok earned her doctorate at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed her residency in dermatology at Case Western Reserve University. She has authored numerous publications on skin disorders in many respected medical journals. She also serves on the Advisory Editorial Board of Dermatology Times.

Jaclyn Tomsic

Dr. Tomsic is originally and proudly from "The Land" (Cleveland, OH). She completed undergraduate studies at John Carroll University in University Heights, OH where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a minor in Biology. She then attended the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA graduating cum laude and earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine doctorate. After graduation, she moved to Charlotte, NC to work at Carolinas Medical Center as a general practice resident, with a strong focus on oral surgery and oral medicine. Realizing that the hospital was the place she found most enjoyment, she pursued oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Tomsic completed her oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, MI, working at Level I trauma centers Detroit Receiving Hospital, Henry Ford Hospital and St. John's Medical Center. Training also involved rotations through Harper University Hospital and the Children's Hospital of Michigan, encompassing a broad range of patients and cases. While in the "D" she attended the Wayne State University School of Medicine, receiving her medical degree from the largest single campus medical school in the country. She then completed her PGY1 general surgery internship with the Department of Surgery at the Detroit Medical Center before completing her chief year of OMF surgery.

Jamie DelVecchio

Jamie DelVecchio, D.O., is a board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania where she majored in sports medicine. She obtained her medical degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. Following medical school, Dr. DelVecchio completed her family medicine residency at Fairview Hospital/Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Throughout her residency, she volunteered her time with local high school and college teams. She served as the chief resident during her final year. Dr. DelVecchio is a member of several professional societies including the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine, the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

Jill M. Weber

Dr Jill Weber is a native of Willoughby Hills, OH. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Physics from Miami University in Oxford, OH. She earned her dental degree from Case School of Dental Medicine, graduating top of her class. After dental school Dr Weber pursued a dental residency at Audie Murphy Veteran's Hospital in San Antonio, TX. Here she developed a true passion for surgery. She completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Carle Foundation Hospital in Champaign, Illinois. This residency allowed her to train in all aspects of maxillofacial surgery: extractions, dental implants, facial trauma, jaw surgery, oral cancer as well as cleft lip/palate treatment. Dr Weber currently practices in the Mentor and Highland Heights offices. Before joining our practice, Dr Weber served as Head of the Oral Surgery Department at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She worked within the Head and Neck Department to remove advanced tumors and treat all aspects of orofacial injuries. She trained residents from the Cleveland Clinic, Case School of Dental Medicine and Metro Health Hospital. She also operated at Clear Choice Dental Implant Centers and has placed thousands of dental implants. She continues to lecture to several groups on dental implant surgery, maxillofacial trauma and oral cancer. She served as an Associate Professor of Oral Surgery at Case School of Dental Medicine. Dr Weber is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (ABOMS). She holds memberships in the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Greater Cleveland Dental Society and the Ohio Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Joshua Weaver

Joshua Weaver, MD, is a dermatopathology specialist and has been practicing for over 13 years. He graduated from Northeastern Ohio University College Of Medicine in 2005 and specializes in dermatopathology.

Julieta Ryder

Julieta Ryder, M.D. is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained Oculoplastic Surgeon. She specializes in CO2 Laser eyelid surgery and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation techniques. She joined Kellis Eye and Laser Center in 2015 and sees patients at 4 locations in Northeast Ohio. She earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University and completed Ophthalmology residency training at University Hospitals Eye Institute, where she cared for patients at UHHS, MetroHealth Medical Center, St Vincent's Charity Hospital, the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA, and Free Clinic. During her residency, Dr. Ryder performed over 250 cataract surgeries and treated thousands of patients with eye conditions including traumatic eye injuries, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.

Kraig K. Solak

Kraig K. Solak, D.O., is an orthopaedic surgeon. He joined Precision Orthopaedic Specialties, Inc. in August of 2007. His credentials and experience have enhanced Precision's objective of providing comprehensive orthopaedic and sports medicine care. Dr. Solak is well versed in all aspects of general orthopaedics and sports medicine and is experienced in the latest cutting-edge arthroscopy techniques. Dr. Solak is a member of several professional societies including the American Academy of Osteopathic Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons. Laszlo S. Harmat

Laszlo S. Harmat, D.O., is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who is fellowship trained in conditions of the shoulder, elbow, and hand. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from John Carroll University and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Leonard J. Torok

Leonard J. Torok, MD, is the medical director of the Laser Center and the Ohio Holistic Medicine Center He is board-certified in holistic and homeopathic medicine, as well as in orthopedic surgery. Llewelyn Rao

Llewelyn Rao, M.D. is a fellowship-trained vitreoretinal specialist, certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Rao received his BA degree and MD degree with distinction in research from St. Louis University in Missouri. His ophthalmology residency was at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, and his vitreoretinal fellowship was at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in New York City. He is also an Assistant Professor in the UH Case Medical Center Ophthalmology residency program at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. Dr. Rao's principal areas of interest are macular surgery, retinal detachment surgery, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal lasers.

Mark J. Mendeszoon

Dr. Mendeszoon is a multi-board certified podiatrist who treats all surgical and non-surgical conditions of the leg, ankle, and foot in both adults and children. He specializes in trauma, sports medicine, diabetic foot and ankle conditions and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, including Total Ankle Joint Replacement Surgery. Dr. Mendeszoon resides in Chardon with his wife Kristen and twins, Myles and Marijke. Always the athlete, he is still an active runner and enjoys traveling and reading. Matthew Reedy

Matthew (Matt) Reedy, MD was born and raised in Ravenna, Ohio and attended Ohio University for his undergraduate studies. He majored in pre-medicine chemistry with a minor in biology and wrestled on the varsity team for the Bobcats. He graduated from Ohio University magna cum laude. He then completed medical school, graduating with honors from Northeast Ohio Medical University. Dr. Reedy completed his intern year at Summa Akron City Hospital in internal medicine followed by dermatology residency at Indiana University. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). He is well-trained in general, pediatric, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. He is excited to return to Northeast Ohio to practice and raise his family.

Michael J. Kellis

Michael J. Kellis, D.O. is the Director of Geauga Sports Medicine, Inc. He is also a partner with Precision Orthopaedics and the President and Owner of Dr. Mike's Vitamins, Inc. a line of safe, all natural, effective remedies. Dr. Kellis is board certified in family medicine and sports medicine and was one of only 200 board certified sports medicine specialists initially recognized in the United States. Dr. Brayer became interested in chiropractic care when he was a college student planning on attending medical school. He experienced severe pain in his left knee and went to 12 doctors in three years who did not help him. He finally went to a chiropractor who immediately diagnosed the problem as damage to the growth plate resulting from a prior injury to his right leg. Within two weeks he was pain-free. That's when he decided to become a chiropractor, to fill in the piece that traditional healthcare seemed to be missing. Today, not only is Dr. Brayer director and founder of Living Tree Center for Healing, but he's also nationally published author of the book "The Stress Affect," which explores why disease and aging occurs and how people can stop it.

Nishant Joshi

r. Nishant Joshi was born in Punjab, India and raised in Toronto, Canada. After earning his bachelor's degree in human biology from the University of Toronto, Dr. Joshi continued his education at Case Western Reserve University where he received his dental degree. Graduating in the top of his class and enjoying all that Cleveland has to offer, Dr. Joshi chose to pursue his love for periodontics by staying at Case Western Reserve University and completing a residency in periodontics. Dr. Joshi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and continues to give back to his alma mater as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Periodontics at CWRU's School of Dental Medicine. In 2013, Dr. Joshi was the recipient of the American Academy of Periodontology Educator Award, awarded in recognition of his outstanding teaching and mentoring in periodontics. Dr. Joshi is devoted to his work, focusing on comprehensive periodontal and implant surgery; he also provides wisdom teeth removal, exposure of impacted teeth, and accelerated orthodontics all under the comfort of IV sedation. Dr. Joshi currently lives in Westlake and is working on mastery of Tae Kwon Do. Along with pursuing his black belt, Dr. Joshi is a family man. Every spare moment, Dr. Joshi can be found with his wife, Laura, and sons, Aydin and Ethan.

Robert Marsico, Sr.

Robert Marsico Sr., MD, received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 30 year. His education and medical training also included his residency at Henry Ford Hospital - Wayne State University, and internship at St. Elizabeth Health Center. Dr. Marsico will specialize in general dermatology and pediatric dermatology.
